"Go to your room," Lucifer growled. If looks could kill, you'd be dead on the spot.

"Go to your room!" you countered, boldly standing your ground in the face of severe demonic pressure.

Pacts were so great. So convenient. You didn't even really register that you were using magic, it just happened in the heat of the moment. Lucifer looked utterly gobsmacked when he was compelled to put one foot in front of the other and just walk away. He tried to fight it. He dragged his feet. He failed.

"How dare you. This is not over. Don't think for a second I'm letting this go."

You were terrified of what he would do to you later, but watching Lucifer furiously storm off under your orders felt like the biggest power move of your life. Such an adrenaline rush.

I completely forgot that Solomon canonically finds Thirteen hot

#obey me #I mean join the club lol #I get a little emotional when I think about how thirteen has been planned #so early on…since season 2 of the og game :(#and she’s still not datable…#usually I blame the company for this lol #like what happened with the…other otome we shall not name #but for some reason I can’t with solmare #maybe I’m just a shill or something #but I think about the abrupt announcement of nightbringer’s end #++ the quick ending of nightbringer #++ the introduction of obey me ido #and I can’t help but feel like there is so much love for the game #by the writers and artists and developers #but I think the money just isn’t/wasn’t there #I mean it’s the same thing for the other game too lol #not in terms of the money thing #but in terms of higher ups making decisions #that hurt the creatives of the company #either way #I do think the thirteen crumbs we got in the original game #and Nightbringer had a LOT of romantic subtext #probably on par with Diavolo and Solomon in s2 #before they were officially datable #like yeahhh we can’t kiss her #but I can replay the lessons and cards where mc and 13 #hang out and go on dates and it’s good enough for me #omg this was supposed to be a post about Solomon sorry #uhh he can be the cuck #in our polycule

I feel like I keep procrastinating on opening obey me ido, but when I do open the game, I go crazy and play all of Mammon’s story and start gnawing on my enclosure for more

One thing I don’t like about Nightbringer is how they portray the revelation why Barbatos dislikes Solomon as a joke.

Barbatos literally saved Solomon’s life, and Solomon, at least, from Barbatos’s perspective, doesn’t seem to care all that much. Not listing Barbatos as the first or even one of the first demons he wants to make a pact with demonstrates how Solomon doesn’t view what Barbatos did as anything special, which is so mean lol.

I feel like it makes sense why Barbatos would be hurt, but the scene in Nightbringer is played off like Solomon simply hurt Barbatos’s ego. It doesn’t help that the game plays clown music during that part 😭😭
