Rumination is probably the most common type of OCD compulsion, but I rarely see anyone talking about it. I've talked to multiple people diagnosed with OCD who didn't even recognize it as a compulsion.
Basically, if you have OCD you have terrible intrusive thoughts. They can be about anything, but common themes are fear of being a bad person, fear of hurting someone, fear of contamination. etc.
Rumination is when you get stuck in a spiral. Rumination is when you spend hours catastrophizing, overthinking, analyzing, telling yourself it's going to be okay.
I'll say it again:
Rumination is a compulsion.
Rumination is a compulsion, and that means you have to stop doing it.
I did ERP (exposure response prevention) for my OCD with a therapist! For 9 months! And it did help, but the idea didn't really click until I found this website a couple years later.
And Oh My God. It made things make so much more sense, and I was able to pull myself out of an episode even though I wasn't in therapy or on meds at the time.
Genuinely if you have OCD, or even if you suspect you have OCD, I'm begging you to read some of these articles.
Like this was genuinely life changing for me.

see the problem is that despite around 8 years of french schooling the french language has utterly escaped my brain so even the most obvious set up i had created for myself by accident was missed by me. such is life.

Considering how the va's in general had at some point had character cds or music released on their own it was nice to hear them singing in character
I liked the clothes an some of the animations in the clips
I wish the songs had subs to understand what they were parodying tho, pretty much you miss what they say half of the episode because of that...
I liked some stuff like karamatsu girls in the background turning into just dolls, choro singing in the rain or ichimatsu's hair making a reference to ep 3
I think the only thing I didn't like is that Oso and Totoko's commentary was lacking, I think they could've added something like in the first recopilary to make it work. (but also this is season 4 so...)
Also I liked they all sang the 1st op at the end

Okay, so. First probably what everyone is hoping for, unfortunately No Season 5 announcement YET but someone said something along the lines of "It's because of S5 that I'm grateful for an ending like this" I tried looking into that to see if anyone else said anything but most was just "Can't wait for S5!" in a "I hope there is one" way and not actually expecting anything yet since nothing was announced. Sakurai-san (Osomatsu's VA) did mention hoping to do this for 10 more years even and I believe Fukuyama-san (Ichimatsu's VA) mentioned wanting to keep going for 6 seasons at least
(Apparently at the end of episode 13 there was a voice (still confirming who said it) saying "See you later~!" Which is why there's a lot of hope for a 5th season. Although on a different end of the spectrum someone said it felt like a proper goodbye so there's also a worry there won't be anymore)

So for everyone who thought S4 was kinda bittersweet and stuff apparently Ep13 turned it around and it's absolutely SO HYPE!!! EVERYONE SINGS! EVEN DAYON AND DEKAPAN GET A DUET (?) THE BOYS SING TOO! LIKE A WHOLE ASS SONG TOGETHER! It's like a Showa-Era singing show parody or something! Totoko is hosting or so I've heard in a monotone way which is hilarious considering how hype the songs apparently are (?)
It couldn't be aired because of all the song parodies, the copyright strikers would've had a fuckin field day hahaha! And this was already post-edit XD Matsubara-san (the director/producer I think) apparently wrote all the parodied lyrics too! That's probably the context for the screenshot they posted on twt earlier
Since it's still going to be airing in theaters until the 11th it likely won't be out until AFTER that, a tweet said archival for it will be the 14th beyond
When it's out I'll make a post linking like all the English lyric videos of each song since a lot of people probably won't know any of the OG songs, along with HOPEFULLY OH MY GOD HOPEFULLY the link to the episode itself when I can find a copy, I will not REST until I find a copy okay no matter how long it takes
