So, today is Gabe's last day of 9th grade and junior high. In just a few months he'll be off to the high school, and honestly, I'm not quite sure how I feel about that. Anyway, a day or two ago he comes home and asks me to make a bespoke ring for his English teacher with (one of) the teacher's favorite quotes. We had to brainstorm, because that quote was the size of a book, and mama can only fit but so much on a ring. 🤦‍♀️😂 So the first and last line it was, with the respective teachers initials on the outside. Finished with a hand done bark-like texture (is that sentence even grammatically correct?) Considering I started it last night - as the details were only just finalized - and finished it this morning, I'd say mama knocked it out of the park. 😁. What say you?
