What Does This Law Do?

The Harmful Impact on Trans Montanans

Mental Health Crisis– Denying trans people the right to exist in public spaces worsens anxiety, depression, and suicidality. Studies show that **anti-trans bathroom laws directly harm mental health.

Forced Outing & Privacy Violations– Trans individuals may be forced to disclose their gender history just to use the restroom, violating their privacy and dignity.

What’s Next?
