Hi!

also would like to be this motivated about some work i’m supposed to do and not think of working out as an accomplishment for it and then ignore it. 

working out (i’ve been doing group fitness classes) is cool i’m proud of myself for finally getting in the habit of it (more than once a week with a personal trainer) and chilling out about the money factor. it’s a reason for me to get out of the house, gives me something to focus on for 45 minutes with no other distractions, and usually just gives me energy and makes me feel better after. also possible weight loss / muscle gain is cool, etc. also, the music and other people really help. it would be cool if i got this motivated one day just to go for runs by myself but i’m not there yet / i don’t want to be ok cool whatever ok bye.
