haii !! for inspo I usually go on pinterest and search/look at other graphic designs ^^ one should preferably have multiple inspo sources since only having one can likely just result in you having a carbon copy result (unless you only took a small part of said source). if anyone needs it, I have an entire pinterest board full of edit-related stuff!

though I also suggest not to use an inspo all the time and just wing stuff from your vision. you're allowed to scrap it, it doesn't have to be good, and you don't have to even post it, but I like to think it's a way to have your mind get creative over time instead of always leeching onto a source ^^ this is totally optional though if you don't care about getting more original creativity and you just want to edit then this is totally not needed

as requested by a mutual, here's how I did the papercut effect on my olivia rodrigo edit !!! it's really easy you could probably do this under 5 minutes

get your png and a paper background. put the paper background behind the png, and then just erase around the paper bg while leaving some space. I suggest you use the lasso eraser to do the sharp edges easier ^^ and merge the two layers after you're done erasing.

(blue = the parts that should be erased)
