A Witch Hat Atelier brimcap design for our dear Laudna! Given her very existence would be considered forbidden magic in the WHAverse, I think the brimcap would be appropriate. I like to imagine she goes about reanimating new little friends just like Paté, giving a second life to things just as she was given. Imogen is up next! (fellow CR fans if you haven’t watched/read Witch Hat Atelier please check it out! Art, story, characters are truly incredible!)

Who else is up thinking about Imogen in her thirties and forties? I like to think Ruidian history will remember her for a long time, and dream about a comforting figure inviting them to Exandria for centuries after they’re freed.

The still images of the video I posted last week! This week’s episode was such a rollercoaster but holy crap am I so proud of my girl! Vaelus you are centuries old, faithful to a fault, filled with a sadness I can’t even imagine, yet capable of so much love and compassion. Thank you Ashley Johnson for making this incredible character and I can’t wait to see where we go from here.

speedpaint that im posting to assure anyone scrolling my profile that i do not use AI at any stage for my art, in fact I despise genAI in its many forms and have been drawing so much this past week to cope with the fiasco that has followed the announcements of so many new video games blatantly using AI (tomb raider my beloved you will be avenged). As an amateur creative its just so discouraging and awful to see so many franchises adopt the use of such a soul sucking tool that not only bastardizes the creative process but is ruining our environment. Critical role has really anchored me since the cast and crew dislike AI and have not adopted its use and I find that really comforting, so I will always gladly create fanart for CR. I often feel my art isn’t properly executed or I don’t have the skill necessary to draw what I see in my brain, but I still share it and somehow people always leave kind comments and that really keeps me going. Sorry for the rant, much love to all my fellow artists and AI haters. (also holy crap why did I ever stop using the lasso tool for shading its a game changer)
