A tutorial by me, who suffer from anxiety, depression and physical pain.

Here some activity:

🌿Play with your old videogames, I found my old DSi and I begin a Professor Layton Games Marathon;

🌿Draw something relaxing that need all you attention, like the firts generation of Pokémon or your favorite characters from Animal crossing;

🌿I know it’s very difficult pass times with your relatives or parents if you don’t have a good relationship, it’s ok need a break. I fake a headache and stay under my blanket for a while;

🌿If you have a balcony, a garden or even a little terrace, go outside and take long and deep breath. You’re free. You’re ok. You’re not alone;

🌿Do something good for you health like yoga, mindfulness or some light exercise, nothing dangerous;

🌿Cook, cook, cook! I don’t know others, but I don’t have free access to the kitchen or the food, something I propose my mother some easy recipe and she gives me the permission;

🌿Chat, call or even better, do a video call with someone you love or your friends. Even 5 minutes of your best friend bullshit can make your day less heavy.

🌿Do a bullet journal, express all the feelings you have inside right now. Your diary is your best friends, he listen to everything and help to reorganize your thoughts.
