He's so radically accepting of everything thrown his way that other people frequently have to be the voice of reason for him. He often gets himself into situations that he should've just said no to but he is a chronic yes man.

Since he died slightly more often than Dean he gets more residual memories from his previous clones lives, hence the "talking to crazy dead people" and seeming to remember jumping off the roof of the venture compound dressed as batman. Sometimes that makes his brain a bit hazy and gives him memory issues.

His brain works differently to the point that mind readers struggle to work on him. He's 100% got ADHD which Rusty says "you just have to find ways to deal with it like I do."

He's THE person to go to with problems that need solutions. Are his suggestions crazy sometimes? Yes. But does he try his absolute best to help? Definitely.

I think Hank has some Gender going on. He reads as agender to me. He's just Hank! His presentation is Hank!

I follow the consensus that Hank eventually joins the OSI but I also think he’d leave the moment they show their true colours because of his strong sense of right and wrong. I feel like he’d probably end up doing some silly vigilante thing as Enrico Matassa or something equally dorky. He’d be genuinely good at it too (as shown in the mock SPHINX trials). He gives the vibe of someone who would do a lot of odd jobs for people and maybe not settle on a career. A jack of all trades.
