This is a very quick animatic I made of the main character. I did not do this for a specific reason or in line with my final outcome, i just came up with the idea and thought it would be interesting

This is my rough edit of my final concept for the opening title sequence for my show. the first half is just photos that I found online with heightened saturation, grain and pixilation. I wanted to give it a scary affect before seeing the animation of our main charter then a pan to the Title.

this is a very quick animation I made when playing around with ideas for an intro. this could have gone a lot better, the bottom of and the tie for her apron moves in every frame, I wanted to give the idea of it flowing as she fell but sadly you cant actually see that happening.

A limo cut animation of the koala boy I would have used as my main character when I was going in that direction. I am happy with how this turned out because his laugh looks dynamic

Character line ups for the revamped idea for my final project

Much like with the coat I tried knitting, thinking that making a mask would be possible, I did not consider that that would be wildly difficult because I’ve never knitted before. So I edited these on Procreate and I love how they turned out!

I tried painting on a coat, it didn’t work so I’ve resulted with this

I was going for fae goth style clothing but it sorta just turned into fae

I think a lot of this project will be based around the idea of old punks

I also looked at punk and harajuku fashion subcultures.

A gothic exploration for my project on subcultures

I went to Brighton museum to do some observational drawing. For this project I will be looking at clothing cultures and subcultures, Brighton museum has a very interesting collection of outfits worn by real people from Brighton, specifically queer people from Brighton.

We went to the V&A. Before we went I put ink washes on these pages, I then drew on them while sitting in the theatre section of the Japan exhibition. I’m very happy with how these turned out.
