BAD GUY

the city was eerily quiet. Something heavy loomed over the high-climbing buildings, weighing down upon those whom lived among the streets. It was  dark. Threatening. Everyone was on watch, unsure as to what caused such a terrifying buzz to spread within the City limits. But for a certain b a d g u y, the feeling was absolutely perfect. A storm was coming; she felt it in the air. That uniquely electric feeling that came with an oncoming storm. Thunder boomed in the far off distance, charging the clouds for a flurry of rain and wind that would soon descend upon the city.  She loved it. The storm made her feel a l i v e. 

perhaps that's why she walked with somewhat of a spring in her step. A devilish grin apparent on her face, revealing sharp teeth that pointed downwards, resembling that of a shark, almost. Sparks flew from outstretched hands, charged selected objects, and then surged right back to their creator, illuminating veins that would glow with a neon color. Out of the corner of her eyes, movement was found; quick,  dashing. Instincts brought her spinning, striking hues searching for the being that moved amidst the shadows, a low, rumbling chuckle coming from dark lips. 

                " ---where ya goin', sugar? "

she had been watching the Wolf intently for what seemed to be at least an hour by now, stark eyes of electric yellow and vibrant hues of blue set intently on his rather tall figure. Going unnoticed, whether it was because he was distracted or she was hidden so well, Lilah was given time to s t u d y him. While, yes, she had left most of her previous self behind years ago, the Mutant still had her smarts: violent, but she can be a people-watcher, too. It's good to know the weak points. Habits. Behavior.

with hands shoved into the pockets of her multi-colored jacket, forward, the girl moved, almost like a predator on the move for it's kill. And, in a way, she was. 

                     " ---you must be Azelio. " 

a surprisingly c a l m greeting compared to her usual, tone more or less blank rather than loud and bashing. Ninety percent of the time, Lilah was quite out there, rude, blunt, evil--but even she had her moments.

                      she accidentally stepped in a puddle,                       and you know what that means? Yes,                        crazy hair. Not to mention she can't                       stop twitching, accidentally sending                       out sparks of energy in every direction.                       What a shitty day. She's going to punch                       you if you comment. Maybe.
