Rebuild San Myshuno | Apartments Dump

I never thought I'd ever be inspired to build apartments, but I did! Of all the cities, San Myshuno turned out to be my least favorite for rebuilding, but I did enjoy making the apartments.

I've uploaded a pack of all the apartments; most are already furnished for the sims living there, but there are also some that aren't inhabited.

In some, you'll find coffins instead of beds because I have vampires living there. The sims for these apartments will be available in the save file which I'll upload soon.

This year, I really wanted to make a Curls Collection for both male and female frames as I really lack male hairs in my catalog. I am really happy with the hairs and had so much fun making them (even though I was trying to make the hairs during a heatwave)!

I've had this tile design saved in my inspiration folder for a while, and I finally brought it to life in The Sims as Haze Tiles. The swatches are also largely inspired by this design: the wall tiles come in mixed "gradients", while the floor tiles come in matching solid shades. Sooo... i know its been a while since I initially posted about this but I finally have a preview lol. At first I got distracted playing Tomodachi Life LTD iykyk, and then once I was ready to get started again I got sick for 3 weeks and just wan't feeling up to it the entire time. But I started to feel better a couple weeks ago and been working hard on wrapping this up 😁

The summer pack is still in the works, and should be released by the end of the month. I have 29 items finished already, and have maybe 10 more to do. It should be easy to complete those tho because its just the bottoms which are plain + striped, and the swimsuits that will all have the same 10-15 simple (but fun) patterns on them.

Here are the items I have so far, most of the bottoms aren't done yet so all of the denims from the 1st preview are all from previous releases.

Some of the items don't have completely plain versions because I figured I already made similar items so it would be better to change it up a little bit and do plain with off color cuffs.

While deciding what I wanted to make I kept coming across these painted animal type shirts, and decided to do my own similar versions

Here are my favorite swatches I made, most are completely original and I think just one of them (the tiger swatch not pictured) is a direct copy.
