also as an artist who draws fakemon it does sting when people say “fakemon” to mean bad

what *IS* the difference between “fakemon” and “pokemon” ?

clearly it isn’t whether a pokemon is real or not, because SO many people are calling every single new pokemon a fakemon.

is it a stand in for “bad”? just say bad. i doubt anyone who says each and every (gen 9) pokemon is a fakemon couldnt design something even close in terms of quality

the fakemon posts should all have a fakemon tag- maybe? if they don’t i don’t have much to scroll through anyway- i only started posting fakemon late 2020
