I do find Three to be such a fascinating addition to the Murderbot world because as soon as you have 2 datapoints instead of 1 you’re like “oh SecUnits have personalities. And ours is just an asshole.”

the thing about fitz is that i genuinely turn into a concerned grandmother whenever he’s on page. maybe part of that is being introduced to him 4.8 seconds after he gained childhood sentience but even when he’s a 60+ year old haggard man with a double (triple?) digit kill count and grown children of his own, anytime he makes a questionable choice i just wanna sit him down at a round kitchen table beneath some tomato-printed curtains, offer him an oatmeal raisin cookie, and ask him “baby, tell meemaw what’s really on your mind.”
