Words cannot even begin to explain the heartbreak I am feeling right now. When I woke up to the news this morning I thought I was in some kind of bad dream and that I would eventually wake up. But then I didn’t. And it was reality. This was real life. He was gone. Jonghyun I’m so sorry. I’m sorry that you were struggling. I’m sorry that you were hurting. I’m sorry that you felt alone. But most of all I’m sorry that you felt like you weren’t loved because you were, so so very much. You have impacted more lives than you will ever know and that is something we will cherish forever. Shinee was the second group I got into, after snsd, and as a little sixth grader I fell in love. I loved each and every member and jonghyun always stood out with his beautiful voice. To think that the world is stripped of some of its beauty now makes me sad beyond belief. Jonghyun, you were a ray of light with a smile that could light up the world. Although I will miss you dearly, I hope you are in a happier place. Please know that we will always be thinking of you and that you will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace my angel.
