It is so crazy to think that five years ago this month, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Five years went by in a blink of an eye and I can't exactly say my life returned back to normal after my diagnosis and treatment. What I can say is that I made a promise to myself during my treatment 5 years ago to participate in @dempseycenters #dempseychallenge if I made it to 5 years cancer free. So here I am, planning to participate on the 5 year anniversary of my thyroidectomy.
