the most important part of a good work environment is the team. if you have shit coworkers and bosses, yea youre gonna get over worked and probably not get much reciprocated. the important thing here is finding a pleasant work place and ive had the best experiences at cannabis dispensaries because of the people, most of whom im still in contact with years later (cant say that about really any other workplaces!). great coworkers and customers.

the thing is though that ive had over 20 jobs that were all fucked including some of the dispensaries but i still say its the best workplace and industry ive ever worked in.

ik the system is fucked but find a 9-5 youre at least passionate about, whether its a pottery painting store, a restaurant or a weed dispensary your workplace should benefit you in more ways than shit pay.
