Drink water if you're hungry and don't eat; you're not weak! Keep focusing on your ideal weight and shape. Weight gain is unacceptable. If you feel extremely tired and dizzy, and you start losing the weight you wanted, you've won! Don't reward yourself with food; that's not how you reach your goal, and keep losing weight! Afterward, you'll be happier and more confident. The key is to stay focused on your goal.
If you have a strong urge to eat and you feel like you're going to crack, that's when you need to keep your mind occupied as much as possible, do a workout, go for a walk, drink lots of water... or watch videos of skinny girls to stay focused.

HI, today is the third day since I opened my account, and as always, I'm here to share my tips for losing weight.
*1 Think about your weight and your desired body goal all the time. If it helps, post your weight everywhere you go so you're always reminded of it; it can be on your door, your wall, your mirror, etc.
*2 Weigh yourself every day; this is the key to staying in control. Your true weight is your morning weight; it's the moment when you're empty with nothing in your stomach. This way, throughout the day, you'll keep your weight in mind and maintain even more control over your eating.
*3 Physical activity/workout is your best friend for losing weight. Run whenever you can after class, in the morning, in the afternoon, or even in the evening. As I said in my post yesterday, if you happen to lose control, it means that you are weak and that you don't really want to lose weight if you can't keep control, but if this happens you always have the option to compensate by making yourself vomit or doing excessive exercise to burn off your excess calories.

Hi, as promised, i'll give you my tips for losing weight every day.
Maintaining and obsessing is the key to losing weight. Be obsessed with your weight and your body; be careful what you eat. If you give in and eat too much, you're weak. To avoir eating, consider eating an apple if you don't want one, so you're not hungry. Drink plenty of water to avoir feeling hungry. If your stomach growls, you've won.
If at some point you have eaten too much food, compensateur with workout; this will be effective in burning the excess calories you have ingested.
