Mo-tak doodles and some Pitcher wips!! I wanna draw them more siiiigh

I can tell it's too simplistic and maybe I need to come up with some details to exaggerate or play into her design more. I like the goggles and protection around her head and eyes, which was a detail I liked in pitcher's draft design, for one. but, I feel like with the part of personality that I've assigned her, the rest of protective gear makes little sense. for one, she's a masochist, and would have scarring from working with liquid nitrogen, which is my main focus. she's less careful with it so I want to try a design that shows more of her scars. I also played around with an idea of just having the goggles, maybe something like night hunter, but her goggles aren't as important of a detail and therefore less interesting??
