This blog is private, selective ship and divergent from canon.  Marauders era is my favorite if that was not clear.  Muses are a mix of movie and books with mostly headcanon base portrayal.  I do stick to the canon personality as much as possible so please keep that in mind.  ANTI-JKR.

Either Fred or Ray could have been responsible for that nickname, though he bet a galleon it was Fred. ❝ What was that, Grizzle bear? ❞ A nickname he had heard Fred use before. Rather funny actually since Fred never meant to say it. It slipped, and as you’d expect, George, never let him forget. He wondered if Fred had just helped himself without thinking. Though with Ray it had been different. She outright asked. In fact, he was use to her borrowing whatever of his she wanted. ❝ Is it? Reckon if you ask him, he’ll break. ❞ And if Fred did have one, he didn’t need to know. ❝ No need to sugar coat it, mate, thanks. But I suspect as much. I usually give her my clothes right after practice. Speaking of them, think Fred stole Ray. If you’re not busy, grab a butterbeer? ❞

☆ﾟ. * ･ ｡ﾟ, It was actually good? ‘Course it was, he made it after all. Not lie he was worried or anything. He could even charm one sometime if Cedric ever wanted. Just a thought. Maybe give him one to relax him after practice. But he did smile hearing he liked it. He squeezed his hand and even entwined both of their hands. ❝ Since this morning. Reckon I’ll bother Ray for help. ❞ He could ask George too and maybe they could each make their partners some treats. ❝ Really? I’ll bring you another then. ❞ Maybe after his next practice he could surprise him with another flavor. ❝ Got any plans for the weekend, Grizzle bear? ❞ Wait, what did he just say? Where did that even come from? It came out so causally. He looked at Cedric for a moment, prepared to own it like it was some sort of joke, but for some reason he just looked away as he nervously chuckled. ❝Reckon Ray and Kanna are rubbing off on me with the whole bear thing. ❞

☆ﾟ. * ･ ｡ﾟ,  The eagerness was mutual, he could barely contain his grin. Snape had been a bit of a menace lately, so it seemed deserved enough. ❝ Probably. ❞ He answered without hesitation. By now, any sort of prank happened and their names were the first to come to mind. Unless he was blaming poor ole Harry. He even breathed and Snape seemed to scoff.  ❝ He’ll probably make us clean something again. *:・ﾟ✧ So, the raiding was happening to them both. It was probably safe to assume that the two masterminds were in cahoots. He didn’t mind Ray borrowing his stuff, actually found it cute, and more so when he got to see her waltzing around in his shirts. ❝ Sometimes. ❞ Thet nickname was fitting for her, though he’d eventually find something of his own to call her. It more so just slipped out this time.  ❝ Really? Surprised he actually asked. ❞ If he did. He just noticed Fred was wearing things that weren’t his. ❝ Hope you aren’t hoping to get them back anytime soon, unless Fred’s got a smell kink. ❞

☆ﾟ. * ･ ｡ﾟ, Examining him, he noticed his hair still had a prince like quality to it. Looking as if he hadn’t even been on a broom. His own hair probably would have needed a brushing after practice. Not to mention he barely looked like he broke a sweat. What exactly did they even do? He briefly smiled, as if saying a you’re welcome. But he had pretty much ditched and missed whatever else he had said. Making homemade goods for your boyfriend wasn’t the usual for him. In fact, asking George and Ray for help was a tad bit embarrassing. And even with their help he wasn’t sure of the muffin’s quality. And he worried he added a bit too much sugar, but Cedric would be the judge of that. He looked for him a few hours afterwards and tugged his sleeve. ❝ So? Was it rubbish? Good? ❞  The last word asked hopefully.

So he did remember her. That was a weight off making this easier. Plus his warm smile caused her to tingle more than it was reassuring. “I wouldn’t offer if I did. We can start now.” Neither was she going to mind getting to know him better. She recalled how sweet he was to Harry and others. Even offering him tips when the tournament was going on. If Celeste hadn’t gone stag to the ball accompanying her friends. She probably would’ve taken a shot although she knew at the time he was interested in someone else. All of that just seemed trivial in the grand scheme of things.

“Come on.” She turned expecting him to follow as she walked through the creaking halls of the manor. Every step made the floor whine as the portraits they passed made their comments. “You’ll learn pretty fast the Black family is not known for their manners. Honestly until dad no one really cared except for self image. Also a lot are turned over or stored because they’re particularly nasty.” She turned into a room where the family tree was. A thin finger pointing to a section. “Dad’s part of the tapestry was burned because he was disowned for being sorted into Gryffindor. There’s a lot of cases like his.” She motioned to the rest of the tapestry to make her point of the burned portraits. “It’s quite sad. I’m just lucky they never kept it a secret.”

It was hard not to remember her.  Not just because she was a pureblood but she was rather bold even in school.  She stood out.  In a good way of course.  She always made him smile.  He was pretty fond of her.  Not that he would admit that.  after all Sirius scared the hell out of him.  he seemed a little insane.  Plus there was Remus too.  “I would be glad to do it now.  Have you always lived here?”  he asked just attempting small talk with her.  He had no clue about her family.  He was happy to learn though.
