Trees as Companions, Elders of Magic
Remembering the Living Magic of the Forest
The Elders Who Were Already Here
Before cities rose from the earth and before roads cut through forests, trees already stood in quiet patience. They greeted the sun each morning, listened to the wind moving across the land, and watched seasons pass like slow breaths of the planet.
When you begin to look at trees as elders, everything changes.
An elder carries time.
An elder holds memory.
An elder understands cycles.
Trees embody all three qualities. Their trunks carry the story of storms, droughts, rain, and sunlight. Their branches have welcomed birds, insects, and animals for decades, sometimes centuries. They have watched generations of humans walk beneath them without ever needing to move from their place. When you stand beside a tree, you stand beside a witness of life.
Hugging Trees and the Return to Ground
Across the world, people instinctively lean against trees when they need calm. Some wrap their arms around the trunk, while others sit quietly with their back resting against the bark.
This practice, often called tree hugging, creates a powerful grounding effect.
The body begins to settle, breathing becomes slower, and the nervous system shifts into a state of calm awareness. The rough texture of bark, the scent of wood and soil, and the steady presence of the tree invite the body to release tension. When you hug a tree, you connect with something that has stood through storms without losing its center, and that stability communicates itself quietly through the body.
Many people feel emotional relief in these moments, as worries soften, thoughts become clearer, and the mind opens space for reflection. A tree becomes a place where your energy returns to balance.
Talking to Trees
For centuries, people have spoken to trees as if they were companions. They share hopes, whisper wishes, and release worries. Speaking to a tree creates a moment of honesty, and the natural world receives whatever you bring without judgment. Your words move into an environment that is already part of a vast living network. Beneath the soil, roots and fungal systems connect trees into communities that share nutrients and signals, allowing a forest to function as a living conversation beneath the ground.
When you speak to a tree, your intention enters that living web.
Many people describe a quiet sense of support after these moments, as clarity appears, new ideas form, and decisions become easier. Life begins to move in subtle ways that reflect the intention that was expressed. The tree becomes a witness to your journey.
Celebrating Trees
In many parts of the world, people continue to celebrate trees as sacred beings. In Japan, ancient trees are wrapped with sacred rope to honor their spirit. In India, banyan and peepal trees serve as places of prayer where people bring offerings and light candles. Celtic traditions honored sacred groves where druids gathered beneath oaks to listen for wisdom in the forest.
In parts of West Africa, including regions of Gambia, certain trees are revered by local communities. Villagers visit these trees to pray, ask for protection, and bring offerings, while these trees stand as spiritual guardians of the land, holding the presence of ancestors and the memory of the community. The act of honoring a tree creates a relationship, as people approach with respect, gratitude, and openness. The tree becomes a meeting point between the visible world and the unseen. Once you begin to see trees as living presences, the landscape changes. A park becomes a gathering of elders, a forest becomes a community of witnesses, and a single tree becomes a place of conversation.
You begin to greet them when you pass, and you pause for a moment longer beneath their branches. The wind moving through leaves begins to feel like a message carried across the air. The world becomes richer and more alive.
The Magic Is Still Here
The magical world people speak about has never disappeared, and it continues to live quietly in forests, in parks, and in the single tree growing beside a street. It waits for attention. The moment you acknowledge a tree as a living being, something opens, and awareness expands beyond the human world into the wider intelligence of the earth.
Connection returns.
When you stand beneath the branches of an old tree, feeling the wind move through its leaves and the ground steady beneath your feet, a simple truth becomes clear. Trees are our elders. They hold patience, resilience, generosity, and memory, and as long as there are trees, the magic of the living earth remains present.

2026 Year of the Fire Horse: This Year Will Expose You!
The year that changes the speed of reality
Some years whisper. They suggest, they hint, they patiently circle the edges of your hesitation.
The Fire Horse year walks differently.
You can feel it already, even if you cannot name it. Conversations are faster. Decisions are sharper. The air tastes electric. What used to wait is now moving. What used to hide is asking for light.
This is not here to hurt you. It is here to move you forward. But movement without direction can feel like losing control of your own future. The real question of 2026 is not whether life will speed up.
It will.
The question is whether you know who you are while it happens.
Identity is the entrance ticket
Because the Fire Horse does not respond to plans first. It responds to identity.
If you still introduce yourself from yesterday, if you cling to former titles, expired roles, familiar masks, the year will move past you with breathtaking indifference. Opportunities will knock wearing disguises you do not recognize. Invitations will arrive addressed to the woman you have not yet allowed yourself to become.
And life will whisper, I tried.
To prepare for the Fire Horse is to update the self-image before you update the strategy.
It is to stand in the mirror and ask, with brutal elegance: who am I becoming in a faster world?
Not who were you. Not who kept you safe. Who are you becoming? Because once that answer lands in the body, strategy behaves. Doors reorganize. Rooms start remembering your name.
Fire tests the nervous system
Yet fire is a demanding element. It loves movement. It loves spectacle. It adores courage. But left unattended, it also consumes.
This is why your power in 2026 will not be speed alone. It will be regulation. Many will confuse urgency with destiny. Many will react, panic, post, resign, confess, explode.
They will call it authenticity while their nervous systems are simply on fire.
But the woman who rises in a Fire Horse year is not the loudest in the blaze. She is the one who can hold heat without losing clarity. She pauses. She breathes.
She asks herself a question that becomes her compass: Is my next move harmful or helpful?
In that pause, intelligence is born. In that pause, fire becomes usable.
Visibility becomes law
Another truth the year carries in its saddle is this: invisibility expires.
If people cannot see you, they cannot trust you. If they cannot trust you, they cannot choose you.
For years it was possible to remain brilliant in private. To be talented behind the curtain. To postpone exposure until confidence arrived dressed like certainty.
The Fire Horse has no interest in that romance. It rewards those who show up, imperfect but present, willing to be witnessed in evolution. Visibility is not vanity now. It is proof of life. Proof of value. Proof of readiness.
You do not need millions watching. You need the right eyes recognizing. And recognition travels through repetition.
No one rises alone
Then there is the matter of alliances. The myth of the solitary genius grows tired in 2026. Even wolves run in formation. Even visionaries require amplification.
Five right people can change the temperature of an entire career.
The one who opens doors.
The one who speaks your name in rooms you have not entered yet.
The one who builds with you.
The one who sends opportunity without envy.
The one who challenges you into expansion.
Enter the year alone and you will exhaust yourself. Enter supported and you will multiply. The Fire Horse loves ecosystems.
Precision wins
Clarity becomes another form of seduction. Vagueness dissolves in high heat. When the world speeds up, confusion is expensive. Precision is mercy.
âI do many thingsâ will evaporate. âI help you achieve this result in this wayâ will survive.
Emotional mastery becomes wealth
And still, perhaps the most underestimated preparation of all is emotional mastery.
Two people will meet the same obstacle. One will panic and discount her worth. The other will recalibrate, communicate, strengthen relationships, and remain premium. Same climate. Different internal weather.
In 2026, composure is currency.
The courage to move before certainty
Finally, there is the initiation most people resist until life makes it unavoidable.
Start before you feel ready.
Readiness is a luxury of slower eras. Momentum belongs to those willing to learn in public, refine in motion, discover confidence through participation rather than theory.
The first step creates the map. Not the other way around. If you wait, the year will not. If you move, it begins to move with you.
No magic. Just responsibility.
None of this requires superstition. No secret rituals, no lucky charms, no cosmic shortcuts.
It asks for presence. Responsibility. Honesty. Courage.
It asks you to trust that your voice has weight. That your intuition is data. That alignment will outperform force.
The promise inside the flames
And perhaps most beautifully, beneath all the intensity, beneath the drama and velocity, the Fire Horse carries a quiet promise:
Those who dare to be real will feel strangely protected. Not because life becomes easy, but because truth generates its own architecture of support.
The decision
So as the hooves approach, as the sparks begin to travel, you are invited to make a decision.
Will you run from the fire and call it survival?
Or will you let it illuminate the woman you came here to be? The gate is open.

2017â2025: The Era That Awakened Us 2026â2034: The Era That Will Redefine Us
âHow the last nine years awakened our consciousness and why the next nine will redefine our destiny.â
Some chapters of life donât announce themselves. They simply begin, quietly, like a change in the air you canât explain but you can feel.
2017 was the start of one of those chapters.
You didnât know it then, but you were stepping into a collective initiation, a 9-year cycle that would reshape you from the inside out. Looking back now, you might see the signs: the endings, the betrayals, the awakenings, the shifts, the discomfort that forced you to grow.
All of it was connected. All of it was part of something larger than your personal story. What you lived through⌠millions of others lived through too. And that wasnât a coincidence. It was a collective upgrade.
2017â2025: The Cycle of Disassembly
This was the cycle where everything that was built on fear, survival, or illusion began to break down.
For you. For your relationships. For your identity. For the world. You may have felt:
Pulled into karmic relationships
Forced to face trauma you avoided
Confronted by mirrors you didnât want
Triggered in ways that felt unfair
Lost in careers that no longer fit
Detached from old versions of yourself
Exhausted from emotional cycles that repeated
You werenât alone. You werenât broken. You werenât failing. You were shedding.
The entire collective was going through the same unraveling because the planet itself has been raising its vibration. And as the Earth ascended, we had no choice but to release everything in us that couldnât rise with it. This cycle asked you:
âWhat have you been carrying that is not truly you?â
Every heartbreak, every disappointment, every ending was helping you remember the answer.
Why We Had to Experience This
Human souls grow through contrast. We evolve through experience. And we awaken through truth.
This 9-year cycle pushed you into:
deeper awareness
deeper honesty
deeper sensitivity
deeper intuition
deeper sovereignty
Because without those qualities, you cannot match the vibration of a new Earth.
You had to feel the heaviness so you could rise. You had to see the illusion so you could choose the truth. You had to lose the false versions of yourself so the real one could emerge. Spiritual evolution is not theoretical. It is lived. Every cycle, every shadow, every ending you faced was training your frequency, refining it, elevating it, aligning it with the vibration of where humanity is going. You were not punished. You were prepared. What You Should Recognize In Yourself.
click here to book a year reading
If you look back at the last nine years, you may notice:
1. You ended patterns you thought were permanent.
Relationships, habits, jobs, attachments â they fell away because your frequency outgrew them.
2. You became more intuitive.
Even if you didnât call it intuition, your inner voice grew louder.
3. You stopped tolerating what drains you.
You began choosing peace, space, clarity.
4. You became more sensitive â but also stronger.
Your emotional intelligence expanded.
5. You became aware of your purpose⌠even if faintly.
Something in you whispered: âMy life is meant for more.â
These werenât random changes. They were signs that your soul was aligning with the Earthâs new frequency.
And Now the Story Changes (2026â2034)
The next cycle is not about breaking down. It is about building up. Not about healing your wounds. But living from your wholeness. Not about releasing the old self. But embodying the new one.
This is the cycle of:
alignment
embodiment
purpose
self-leadership
higher timelines
conscious relationships
spiritual maturity
soul-led success
You will feel it, like the moment after a storm when the air becomes still and clear. The Earthâs vibration is rising again. And this time, you are ready for it.
Why the Collective Moves Together
You may wonder: âWhy did so many people go through similar things at the same time?â
Because humanity evolves as a field. As a collective frequency.
When the Earth shifts, we shift. When the Earth purifies, we purify. When the Earth upgrades, we upgrade. You werenât just healing yourself, you were contributing to a global frequency reset. Every toxic cycle you ended, every boundary you set, every truth you spoke, every fear you released, increased the collective vibration. You rising helped all of us rise.
Preparing for the Next Cycle
You donât need to brace yourself. You need to open yourself. 2026 asks one question:
âNow that you are no longer who you were⌠who do you choose to become?â
To prepare:
Get clear on what you want to create.
Listen to your intuition more than your fear.
Move with intention.
Surround yourself with aligned energy.
Let your new standards guide your choices.
Trust timing.
Trust endings.
Trust beginnings.
And most importantly: Trust that you are ready. You survived the cycle that broke you open. Now you enter the cycle that builds you whole.
You Are Rising Because the Earth Is Rising
Youâre not behind. Youâre not late. Youâre not off your path. You are synchronizing with a larger rhythm, a divine timeline that is shifting on a planetary level.
Humanity is evolving. The Earth is ascending. And so are you. This next era is not about surviving life. It is about creating life.
Your life. Your identity. Your relationships. Your destiny. Aligned with your soul. Aligned with the Earth. Aligned with the highest version of you.
This is the cycle where you donât just wake up. You rise.

Dating Agent Smith: the False twin Flame
The Compulsion
There is a moment in the false twin flame bond where the connection stops feeling romantic and begins to feel possessive. The thoughts stop feeling like love and start to feel like intrusion. The pull stops feeling like chemistry and starts to feel like compulsion.
It becomes:
hard to think straight
hard to choose yourself
hard to remember who you were before the connection
Itâs as if your rational mind has been muted and the emotional body has taken the wheel. This is when the bond becomes parasitic.
Not because he is evil. Not because you are weak. But because the connection is feeding on your life force instead of growing with it.
And if you do not recognize the test you donât evolve. You repeat.
The Escape Room Phase
This phase feels like being trapped in your own emotions.
You see:
your patterns
your wounds
your emotional reactions
your longing
your self-sacrifice
And you donât like the version of yourself you become around him. You know you are not showing up as the woman you are but the woman you used to be.
The relationship becomes an escape room for your soul:
You can leave at any time.
But only if you:
see the pattern
decode the loop
and choose yourself again
The door is open, but the spell tells you itâs locked. This is where many stay stuck for years.
The Parasite Grows When You Stay
If you remain in the loop:
Your self-worth shrinks
Your intuition goes quiet
Your vision blurs
Your purpose pauses
Your energy dims
It doesnât just block your love life. It blocks your evolution. It stops the quantum jump.
The connection becomes a holding pattern, keeping you in the version of yourself you were before your awakening.
This is why it feels spiritual but also suffocating. The old frequency is fighting to stay alive.
The Red Pill / Blue Pill Moment
There comes a moment when your soul whispers:
âThis is not love. This is attachment. This is the lesson.â
This is the moment of choice:
Blue Pill: Go back into the loop. Tell the story again. Lose yourself again.
Red Pill: See the pattern. Break the spell. Walk out of the escape room. Ascend your timeline.
This is not dramatic. This is evolutionary. This is where you become the woman your future calls for.
Rewriting the Pattern
You say:
âI choose myself now.â âI do not chase intensity â I choose peace.â âI do not bond with unfinished versions of people.â âMy story evolves here.â
And just like that:
The loop breaks
The thoughts clear
The cord loosens
Your energy returns
Your future opens
This is not the end of love. This is the beginning of a love that meets you awake.
In the end
In the end, I realized he was never meant to be my forever, he was meant to be my mirror. He came into my life to show me where I was still asleep, where I still chased intensity instead of intimacy, where I confused potential with presence.
He was not my twin flame, he was the false flame, the test before the real.
The moment I saw that, the spell broke. I stepped out of the loop, the longing, the ache, and I stepped back into myself.
Now I donât chase. I donât wait. I donât prove. I receive.
Because love that is real does not pull me away from my path. it walks beside me, awake.

TV show âHeroes Made Me Realize I Wasnât âcrazyâ: I Was Gifted
In 2007, I pressed play on a show that would change the way I saw myself:Â Heroes.
Created by Tim Kring, the series wasnât just another sci-fi drama. It was a meditation on human evolution, destiny, and the hidden powers within us all.
Ordinary people around the world suddenly discovered extraordinary gifts: healing, flight, mind reading, time travel, and realized they were being pulled into something larger than themselves.
The opening narration, spoken by Mohinder Suresh, still echoes in my soul:
âYou do not choose your destiny; it chooses you.â
At the time, I was 28 years old, right in the middle of my Saturn return, a cosmic initiation point when life strips you bare and reveals who youâre meant to become. Thatâs when my own gifts began to surface.
Watching the show I realized: âI am not crazy, I am gifted!â
DNA Activation: Fiction Meets Reality
In Heroes, much of the story revolves around DNA and evolution. The idea is that human beings are coded for more, and one day, those hidden codes âswitch on.â
For me, watching the show felt like remembering something I already knew. It was as if my own DNA was whispering:Â
You too have gifts. Pay attention.
Shortly after, I started experiencing psychic awareness:
I could feel peopleâs emotions in my body.
I often knew what someone was thinking without them saying a word.
Low-vibrational environments, like the government office where I worked, left me drained and overwhelmed.
Like the characters in the show, I didnât yet have control, I just knew something had awakened.
The Gifts We Carry
Each Heroes character reflects an archetypal spiritual gift:
Claire Bennet: Cellular regeneration (healing, rebirth).
Hiro Nakamura: Time manipulation (vision, destiny navigation).
Matt Parkman: Telepathy (hearing thoughts, clairsentience).
Isaac Mendez: Painting the future (clairvoyance, artistic channeling).
Peter Petrelli: Absorbing othersâ powers (empathy, mirror soul).
In real life, spiritual gifts can look different but feel just as powerful:
Clairvoyance (visions, symbolic dreams)
Clairaudience (inner voices, spiritual sounds)
Clairsentience (feeling emotions/energy)
Mediumship (connecting with spirits/ancestors)
Energy healing (hands, presence, vibration)
Telepathy & empathy (mindâheart connection)
Channeling (divine wisdom through speech/writing)
Why Itâs Overwhelming at First
Much like the show, my first reaction wasnât wow, Iâm special! but how do I handle this?
I didnât yet know how to set boundaries, so I absorbed everything, especially negativity and complaints. Many of us with gifts go through this stage of confusion, exhaustion, and even fear.
Itâs part of the training: learning that power without grounding can feel more like a burden than a blessing.
A Decade of Integration
After that first activation, it took nearly 10 years before I stepped into my calling as a professional medium and spiritual adviser. In those years, I was surrounded by other gifted people, mirrors, who inspired me to go deeper. That community reminded me that these abilities arenât fantasy, theyâre part of who we are as human beings evolving.
How to Discover Your Own Gift
If youâve ever felt that Heroes-like pull, that sense that something is hidden inside you, here are steps to explore:
Pay attention to your obsessions. If youâre magnetized by certain stories, symbols, or shows (Heroes, X-Men, etc.), your soul is giving you a clue.
Keep a gift journal. Write down your dreams, synchronicities, and intuitive hits.
Notice what you sense first. Do you âseeâ images, âhearâ voices, or âfeelâ emotions?
Track energy drains. Overwhelm often reveals sensitivity.
Look into your cosmic map. Astrology (especially Saturn return) and numerology often point to gifts.
Find your tribe. Being around other sensitives activates your own gifts.
Trust your destiny. Remember the Heroes truth: you donât choose it, it chooses you.
From Screen to Soul
Tim Kring once said that Heroes was about ordinary people realizing they were extraordinary. That message resonated because it wasnât just fiction. It was prophecy.
When I watched the show, it wasnât just a story on screen. It was my DNA waking up. It was destiny tapping me on the shoulder. It was one of the beginnings of a path that would lead me to my own purpose as a medium and spiritual teacher.
And if youâre reading this, maybe itâs tapping you too.
Because your gifts arenât random. Theyâre written into your soul.
Love, Mara
Erykah Badu: The doorway to my depth
Erykah Badu was the mentor who gave me depth. She activated a curiosity in me I didnât even know I carried. I was 18 years old and I heard âOn & Onâ on MTV for the first time, and I remember thinking, âWho is this woman? And how does she know all this?â
She wasnât just singing lyrics. She was speaking in frequency. She was talking about concepts I had never heard before, but somehow, I recognized them. Not with my mind, with my spirit. I wanted to know more.
Who was this wise woman who overstood dimensions? Who moved like she had lived many lives?
And I really believe she helped shape the woman I am today.
When my heart broke, it was Mamaâs Gun, Green Eyes, My Eyes Are Green that held me through the healing. Not as comfort, but as initiation. I learned that dealing with my different emotions, triggers the magic within me.
Her music opened doors.
And then the research started. Kemet. Lineage. Black power. Ancestral memory.
I studied for eight years, not academically, but spiritually. It formed the Nubian queen, the Goddess, I chose to embody. The woman who knows where she comes from.
But Erykah didnât just root me, she freed me.
She taught me that I can shift, evolve, shape-shift, reinvent and never owe the world an explanation. That I have the right to explore my many selves.
I remember when she wore her hair in locs, I felt permission to do the same. And when I grew beyond that phase, I felt free to transform again. No box. No definition. No fixed identity.
Erykah brought art, theater, spirituality, humor, rebellion, softness, and ceremony into one woman. A pioneer. A portal. A blueprint.
She inspired the girls who would go on to inspire the world: BeyoncĂŠ, Solange, Zendaya, and many more.
And I remember when she chose to have three children by three different king, and instead of shame, she celebrated her freedom, her femininity, her sovereignty.
She showed us a Black woman can live by her own design.
And that is the liberation she gave me. Not just depth, but permission to be infinite.
Erykah Badu my mentor. You taught me to trust my depth. To honor my emotions. To walk as a whole woman.
You reminded me I have always been:
Ancient. Intuitive. Magnetic. Emotional. Black. Sacred. Whole.
I love you miss Badu, With all my love, Mara
What Doctor Strange Teaches Us About Mind, Power, and the Multiverse Within
Last Sunday, on a rainy, stormy day, I felt drawn to watch Doctor Strange again. The weather outside felt symbolic: thunder, rain, wind, as if the universe was setting the scene for an awakening.
I had just started reading The Secret History of the World by Jonathan Black, a book that dives deep into the ancient understanding of mind over matter versus the modern belief in matter over mind. And somehow, this movie: mystical, cinematic, and deeply symbolic, resonated with every word I had just read.
It reminded me of all the knowledge that lives deep within the soul. That we are not powerless beings wandering through chance: we are creators, powerful beyond measure.
The Beauty of the Marvel Universe
The Marvel Universe has always fascinated me, not only for its dazzling visuals or complex characters, but for the deeper truths hidden beneath the action.
Every heroâs journey in Marvel is, at its core, a spiritual awakening.
Whether itâs Black Panther connecting to his ancestral realm, Wanda Maxim off learning to face the chaos within, or Doctor Strange surrendering to the unknown, these stories speak to something timeless: the remembrance of the supernatural self.
Marvelâs heroes are modern mystics in disguise. They remind us that our real power begins when we awaken to the unseen world inside us, when we stop chasing control and start remembering who we are.
A Short Reflection on the Movie
Doctor Strange follows Stephen Strange, a world-famous neurosurgeon whose hands, his instruments of power and identity, are shattered in an accident. In his search for healing, he travels to Kamar-Taj, where he meets the Ancient One and discovers that reality is far greater than science ever dared to imagine.
What begins as a story of physical recovery becomes a spiritual initiation.
Strange learns that the true power to heal lies not in the body, but in the mind.
And that the mind itself is only a doorway, a portal to infinite dimensions.
Mind Over Matter: The Hidden Architecture of Reality
In the book The Secret History of the World, Jonathan Black explains that the ancients saw the world as a living mind, an infinite intelligence shaping reality through thought.
Doctor Strange visualizes that philosophy in motion. The world bends, mirrors collapse into infinity, cities fold upon themselves, as if consciousness itself is breathing through the architecture of matter.
Itâs a reminder that reality is not fixed; itâs fluid. We donât live in the universe, the universe lives through us.
When the Ancient One says, âItâs not about your hands, itâs about your mind,â she offers a sacred key: power does not come from effort, but awareness. What we focus on expands. What we believe in materializes.
The Astral Journey: Leaving the Body to Find the Self
One of the most striking moments is when the Ancient One pushes Strangeâs astral body out of his physical form. Suddenly, heâs floating outside himself, witnessing his own existence from another realm.
This isnât just a special effect, itâs initiation. Itâs the moment the soul remembers it was never confined to flesh.
Astral projection, in this film, becomes a metaphor for awakening: the moment consciousness realizes it can travel beyond the boundaries of time and matter.
When we dream, meditate, or have out-of-body experiences, we step into the same mystery, the realm where spirit moves freely, where past and future blur, and where our truest self is infinite.
The Power of Belief and the Alchemy of Surrender
Strange begins his journey by trying to control the mystical arts, approaching magic as he once did surgery, with precision, ego, and logic.
But control becomes his prison. Only when he surrenders, when he stops fighting the current of life, does he finally access his true power.
Magic, in Doctor Strange, is not manipulation, itâs co-creation. It flows through belief, trust, and surrender. When the mind stops resisting, energy flows freely.
Thatâs when the impossible becomes natural.
Ego vs. Higher Purpose
Kaecilius, the filmâs antagonist, mirrors Strangeâs own shadow, both are seekers of power, but one is consumed by it while the other learns to release it. Kaecilius wants to escape time; Strange learns to dance with it. In the final battle, Strange doesnât win through strength but through awareness. By looping Dormammu in an infinite cycle, he shows that true mastery is not domination, itâs transcendence.
Itâs a lesson that power without purpose becomes poison.
The Multiverse Within
When Strange finally surrenders, reality becomes fluid. He learns to move between timelines, bend matter, and open portals.
But the real transformation happens inside: he stops trying to use power and begins to embody it. He becomes a vessel through which the universe expresses itself, a living reminder that when you stop resisting life, life begins to move through you.
This is the essence of spiritual awakening: to realize that we are not the doer, but the flow itself.
Remembering Who We Are
As the storm quieted outside my window and the credits rolled, I felt still, yet expanded. Doctor Strange reminded me that we donât watch movies like this to escape reality; we watch them to remember it.
To remember that we are not small beings living inside a vast universe, we are the vastness itself, dreaming of being human.
When we stop trying to control time, we start flowing with eternity.
When we stop fearing the unknown, we meet the divine within it. And when we stop searching for power, we remember that weâve always been the source.
Maybe thatâs the real magic of the Marvel Universe. It doesnât just show us superheroes, it shows us ourselves. The part of us that can bend reality, transcend ego, and return home to the truth:
we are infinite, multidimensional, and powerful beyond measure.

The Power of Purpose-Driven Leadership
âPeople donât buy what you do; they buy why you do it.â Simon Sinek
When I first stepped into a management role, I said something that made a colleague raise her eyebrow. She asked how I wanted to approach my new team. I said, âI want to build a happy and healthy team.â Her answer? âGood luck.â
But after more than two decades as an empowerment trainer, I already knew it was possible, because Iâve built my career around living and leading with purpose.
Results are not born from control, but from belief.
Years earlier, when I worked as a teacher at a social work college, I told my students on day one that I expected each of them to have an average grade of eight by the end of the year. My colleagues laughed. âYou have to be realistic, Mara.â
But when all of my classes reached that exact result, the laughter turned into silence and maybe even envy.
It taught me something vital: results are not born from control, but from belief. You cannot create what you cannot see.
When I was hired to manage a team years later, the organization was in the middle of a fusion, two companies merging into one. It was chaotic, politically charged, and full of uncertainty. So, I asked my manager a simple question: âWhatâs your vision?â He couldnât answer. In fact, he seemed almost intimidated by the question.
That silence told me everything. It gave me space to create a vision for my teams, but it also revealed the companyâs deepest wound.
Without vision, ego takes the lead. And when leadership is rooted in ego, thereâs no room for growth, only competition, insecurity, and survival.
Vision gives direction, purpose gives life
Over the years, Iâve learned that a vision gives direction, but purpose gives life. A happy and healthy team was my vision, but my purpose went deeper: to unlock potential.
Because when people tap into their potential, something extraordinary happens. They donât just perform better, they become better. They feel more alive, more confident, more connected. Purpose awakens the part of us that believes, I can grow.
The why is what people feel before they understand what you do.
Thatâs where Simon Sinekâs Why theory resonates deeply with me. He teaches that every great leader starts with why, the core reason that fuels meaning, motivation, and movement.
The why is what people feel before they understand what you do. Itâs the emotional undercurrent that connects individual purpose to collective vision.
My why has always been clear: to help people see their own potential and rise from that awareness.
Once you understand why you lead, how you lead begins to transform. You start leading with energy instead of authority, with trust instead of control.
Many leaders focus on performance metrics, deadlines, and outcomes. But performance is a byproduct of purpose. People are not inspired by control, they are inspired by connection.
I never focused on perfection. I focused on creating the right energy field. One where people felt seen, safe, and significant. Because once someone feels safe enough to rise, performance becomes a natural consequence of that trust.
Leadership isnât about being followed, itâs about activating potential.
Purpose-driven leadership isnât abstract or idealistic. Itâs precise, intentional, and profoundly human. Itâs knowing that when people experience their own growth, they automatically raise the collective frequency of the team.
The most powerful organizations are not built on competition, but on conscious alignment. When everyone understands the why, the how becomes effortless.
When individual dreams align with a collective mission, work stops being pressure, and becomes purpose in motion.
I had built a team of leaders, not followers.
After five years, when it was time for me to shift to a higher purpose, I felt proud.
I had built a team of leaders, not followers. Leaders who began to take their own passion more seriously. Leaders who became happier with themselves, and for whom personal growth had become a core value.
That was the true success. Because I realized that I cannot help others if I donât help myself first. And when you lead from that awareness, leadership stops being a role, it becomes a reflection of your own evolution.

Cats and the Spiritual Realm: Why These Mystical Beings Walk Between Worlds
Some beings are not of this world, yet choose to live among us. Cats are one of them. Their presence carries mystery, the kind you donât explain but feel. They move like smoke and silence, slipping through shadows and slipping back with secrets. One second you look at a cat across the room, you blink once and the cat is on the other side of the room. From ancient temples to modern living rooms, cats have always been more than pets.
The Sacred History of Cats
Cats were never just animals. Long before Christianity demonized them and medieval Europe feared them, the ancient world revered them.
Across cultures - from Celtic priestesses to Norse seers to Japanese folklore - cats held important roles. In Norse culture they meant fertility, magic and feminine power and for the Celtic and the Irish they guarded otherworld portals.
In the Islamic world they meant purity and blessing, in China they meant wealth and spiritual guardianship and in Greece and Rome they meant independence and intuition.
In African traditions they were magic and had shape-shifting wisdom, in Turkish & Middle Eastern folklore they were the protectors of sleeping souls, in Native American tribes they were shadow walkers and mystics.
They were believed to guard thresholds, watch over dreams, and sense spiritual forces before they entered a space. That belief was not superstition, it was energetic truth.
In Kemet (ancient Egypt), cats were honored as sacred protectors. The goddess Bastet - half woman, half feline - was the guardian of the home, intuition, sensuality, and feminine power. Even though the goddess Bastet is the well-known feline goddess, Het-Heru is the original feline energy in Kemet.
The goddess Het-Heru and the Lioness lineage
Het-Heru means âHouse of Heru (Horus)â. She is the cosmic womb that births stars, souls, and reality itself. She is the embodiment of divine feminine power, beauty, sensuality and sacred sexuality, music, joy, dance, pleasure, cosmic love, magnetic attraction, abundance and high-frequency creation. She is the celestial cow goddess of the Milky Way, meaning her body is the sky itself.
The goddess Het-Heru (Hathor to the Greeks) is not a passive love goddess. She is fierce, she is creative power. She births dimensions and teaches that pleasure is a spiritual path.
Bastet is actually a later and localized form of the goddess Het-Heru, meaning Bastet carries forward aspects of Het-Heru in gentler, domestic, and protective feline form. Cats were the messengers of Het-Heru, carrying soft but fierce protective energy. To harm a cat was considered a crime against the divine.
Het-Heru was also worshipped in her fierce form as the goddess Sekhmet, the lioness goddess of destruction, healing, and righteous fire. Het-Heru and Sekhmet are two expressions of the same divine feminine power. They are creation and destruction in sacred balance.
Bastet is the bridge between Het-Heru and Sekhmet. She is their earth expression or their balanced form, and the guardian of their power in daily life. Together, these three goddesses form a Feline Trinity of Feminine Ascension.
A catâs Sense
Science now confirms what mystics always knew: cats are deeply sensitive beings.
They hear frequencies beyond human perception, detecting sound vibrations from the unseen.
They sense electromagnetic fields and energy shifts in an environment.
Through their vomeronasal organ, they detect invisible emotional signals: fear, grief, tension, peace, etc.
Their purring vibrates between 25â150 Hz, a healing frequency known to aid bone regeneration, emotional regulation, and nervous system repair.
Vomiting can sometimes be a way for them to purge negative or stagnant energy theyâve absorbed. If the energy in the house is controlling, chaotic, or emotionally suppressed, your cat may physically release that build-up.
In spiritual language: cats are frequency readers. They know what is real, long before it becomes visible.
Guardians of Energy and soul
Have you ever seen a cat stare at something you canât see? Or suddenly follow invisible movement across a room? Cats observe more than physical space; they scan energy fields.
Signs your cat is interacting with the unseen:
They "protect" a doorway or stare into hallways or staircases.
They choose one specific spot to guard daily
They meow at night as if "speaking" to something
They position themselves near your head as you sleep
They refuse to enter a certain room for no obvious reason
Spiritually, cats are threshold guardians. They keep unwanted energy from entering your home and absorb low vibrational emotions like grief, anxiety, despair, stress, etc. especially from those they love.
Telepathic Bonding and Soul Contracts
If you feel your cat "understands" you, youâre right. Cats communicate in telepathic exchange. They donât waste energy on performance or emotional noise. They tune directly into intention and vibration.
Many spiritual traditions believe cats choose their humans, not the other way around. They enter your life through soul contracts; agreements made before incarnation.
Some arrive to, support your healing journey, some teach you boundaries and sovereignty, some cats activate your intuition or guide you through shadow work and emotional release, or they protect you during spiritual awakening.
They choose powerful souls, especially those walking a spiritual path.
Cats and the Astral Realms
Night awakens their true nature. While the world sleeps, cats become guardians of the dream world. In many mystical traditions, cats are astral travelers, moving between dimensions to retrieve messages, guide souls, and guard against psychic intrusion. Have you ever had dreams and suddenly your cat is in the dream as well, but minding their business like they are in the same dream to do their own work there.
Your cat also protects you when you sleep. For instance if your energy dropped too low (depressive or heavy emotional energy), if you were in a psychically unsafe dream space or if they sense a presence near you during sleep. While you rest they are clearing your energy.
If youâre sleeping too long, they try to wake you, because cats are wired to check if members of their âgroupâ are responsive, especially if you lie still too long. In nature, unresponsive group members means danger. When you're unusually still, they may nudge, knead, sniff, or paw you to confirm youâre okay. They monitor your breathing rhythm and body energy. If it's off, they investigate.
If your cat sleeps near your crown chakra, wakes you at 3 AM (the psychic gateway hour) or acts restless at night or "chases nothing", then theyâre working. Protecting. Watching. Clearing.
Cats donât just sense your emotions; they transmute them. They absorb emotional density and release it through grounding behaviors like sleeping, stretching, grooming, or purring.
If youâve ever cried and your cat came to lay on your chestâit wasnât comfort alone. It was energy work.
Feline Protection Gate Ritual (Home Guardian)
Purpose: Activate psychic protection in your home.
You need a candle and a small bowl of salt
1. Sit at your main entrance. Place candle and salt.
2. Let your cat sit or roam freely.
3. Light candle: âI call in light. Only love may enter here.â
4. Watch your cat: they will choose a doorway or corner; thatâs the energy breach point.
5. Sprinkle a line of salt or place black tourmaline at that spot. Seal it.
Cats understand intention; they feel devotion. They are not here to be owned. They are sovereign beings; healers, protectors, and multidimensional guides disguised in fur. Treat them as sacred, and they will open portals of energy and wisdom within you.

The Craft (movie): When Pain Becomes Power
My spiritual initiation
Some movies arenât just entertainment, theyâre initiation. For me, The Craft was one of those.
Four teenage girls. Four elements. Four wounds. Four mirrors.
They come together as a coven, a circle of misfits, dreamers, and broken girls who discover that the very pain that made them outsiders is also what makes them powerful.
When the fourth member joins, the circle is complete: air, water, fire, earth. And the moment they unify their energy, something awakens. They stop surviving, and start creating.
Women remembering who they are.
But The Craft isnât just about witchcraft. Itâs about what happens when women remember who they are. When they stop apologizing for their magic. When they realize that pain can be alchemized, that wounds can become portals.
Each of the girls carries a different form of suffering:
one has lost her mother,
one hides her scars,
one endures racism,
one battles poverty.
And together, they learn the most ancient lesson of all: pain is the price of power, but integrity is what keeps you sane.
Because yes, The Craft is also a warning.
It shows what happens when power is abused, when the ego hijacks the magic. The same energy that heals can destroy. The same spell that liberates can imprison.
The Craft my Mirror
Iâve watched this movie more than twenty times. Each time, it cracked something open inside me, a deeper understanding of the fire that lived within.
It was never just images on a screen; it was a mirror. A reminder that thereâs a witch inside every woman waiting to be remembered.
And maybe thatâs the real spell of The Craft. It doesnât just show you magic, it activates it. It whispers that your pain has meaning, that your power is real, and that you donât need anyoneâs permission to rise.
Because the truth is: Youâve always been the coven. Youâve always been the magic.

GRATITUDE: How It Transforms Team Dynamics, Energy, and Innovation
Picture this.
Itâs Monday morning. The office hums with deadlines, coffee machines, and notifications.
In the meeting room, the first things shared? Complaints. Problems. Frustrations.
The energy drops. By 10:00 AM, everyone is doing the bare minimum. The spark is gone. The ideas that could move the project forward stay locked inside.
This is how absenteeism begins: not just physical absence, but emotional and creative absence. The quiet quitting of enthusiasm. And at the root of it all? A lack of gratitude.
The Moment Gratitude Walks In
Same Monday. Same meeting. But this time, the team starts with one simple question:
âWhatâs one thing youâre grateful for from last week?â
At first thereâs hesitation. Then someone mentions a breakthrough with a client. Another thanks a colleague for stepping in.
The room softens. Smiles spread. Laughter bubbles up. Ideas start to flow again.
Gratitude just walked into the room, and raised the vibration for everyone.
From Survival to Flow
Gratitude is not just nice manners. Itâs an energetic reset.
Stress drops, focus sharpens, and creativity wakes up. People move out of survival mode and into flow, that sweet spot where work feels lighter, solutions come naturally, and collaboration feels alive.
And when one person finds flow, it spreads. Soon the whole team is co-creating instead of competing, innovating instead of firefighting.
Safety, Trust, and Growth
Gratitude creates psychological safety. When people feel seen, they feel safe to speak up, share ideas, and even fail forward.
This is where co-leadership grows. Success stops being âmineâ or âyours.âIt becomes âours.â
Gratitude also makes change easier, turning fear into curiosity and curiosity into innovation.
Simple Practices, Big Shifts
Start meetings with one thing you appreciate.
End the week by sharing your âwin of the week.
Celebrate effort and learning, not just outcomes.
Reflect together on challenges and find the lesson.
These small rituals anchor gratitude into the culture and remind everyone: We are in this together.
The Ripple Effect
Gratitude is contagious. One person can shift a room. One team can transform a culture.
When gratitude becomes the way you work, absenteeism drops, engagement rises, and innovation thrives. Because gratitude doesnât just change what you do, it changes who you are together.

Life Path 11: Coco Chanel - A Mystic in Disguise
The Language of Restraint
Raised by nuns in a convent after her mother died, Chanel learned the sacred language of less. She learned to speak through silence, through black and white, through one perfect line instead of ten overworked flourishes.
Where others added, Chanel removed. She refused lace. Refused corsets.
Refused anything that made a woman feel like a costume.
This was her Pisces Moon softening the edges of the world. And her Sagittarius Ascendant giving her the wild courage to go against every rulebook.
But what truly moved her design language wasnât trend â It was destiny.
Life path 11
Chanel was never âon trend.â She was the trend â long before anyone else could see it. Thatâs the quiet electricity of a Life Path 11.
Those born under this master number donât just create. They channel.
Life Path 11s are intuitive visionaries â sensitive, spiritual, and often misunderstood. They donât plan. They receive. They donât shout. They resonate.
Coco didnât sketch to please. She designed to awaken.
She saw what was coming: not because she was watching, but because she was feeling. Every hemline, every button, every bottle of perfume was a message from the unseen.
Birthday number 19
Chanelâs birthday â the 19th â carries a karmic vibration in numerology. It combines the boldness of 1 (independence, leadership, originality) with the depth of 9 (wisdom, universal compassion, artistic soul).
This 19 Day Number made her:
Bold enough to stand alone
Soft enough to feel everything
Wise enough to know when to say nothing
Strong enough to walk through every door alone
She didnât beg to be understood. She owned her solitude. Because she knew â her path was not meant to be ordinary.
Soul Attitude Number 9
Even her inner rhythm carried a deeper code.
Her Soul Attitude Number, derived from her day and month of birth (1 + 9 + 8 = 18 â 9), revealed the emotional undercurrent that shaped her creative essence â and hers was unmistakably 9.
9 is the number of:
The artist
The mystic
The idealist
The one who feels the sorrow of the world and turns it into something beautiful
Chanel wasnât just designing fashion. She was designing healing â through refinement, through reduction, through resonance.
Her elegance was never about opulence. It was about soul alignment.
Those with a Soul Attitude of 9 are often described as âold souls.â And Chanel carried that energy fully â creating for the future while silently holding the pain of the past.
Temple, Rituals and Symbols
Step into her apartment at 31 Rue Cambon, and youâre not walking into a home â youâre walking into a temple.
Lions â everywhere â her Leo totem in bronze
Mirrors â especially the spiral staircase, where she could observe her shows unseen
Camelias â sacred flowers symbolizing purity and spiritual beauty
Talismanic objects â crystals, statues, numbers â hidden in plain sight
This wasnât decor. This was energetic architecture. She may never have called herself a mystic.
But mystics rarely do.
The Woman Behind the Myth
People called her cold. Elusive. But the truth?
She had a Pisces Moon â she felt too much to show everything. She had a 19 Day Number â her power made people nervous. She lived with a Life Path 11 â so her lessons came with loneliness, but her gift was vision. And her 9 Vibration meant that everything was personal â and sacred.
She lost. She rebuilt. She lost again. And created anyway.
And in doing so, she offered women a new mirror â One that reflected power without noise. Softness without apology.

The Spirit of Rejection: Breaking the Grip
It usually starts quietly. A look. A moment. A word that cuts. Maybe you were a child the first time it happened â the moment someone made you feel unwanted. A parent too busy to notice your tears. A teacher who said âwhy canât you be more like your brother?â The friend group that laughed at you, not with you.
Thatâs when it entered.
Not just pain. Not just sadness. A presence.
The spirit of rejection doesnât knock. It slips in and whispers: âYouâre not enough. Youâre not wanted. You donât belong here.â
And because it comes so early, so deep, you believe it. You start living as if itâs true.
The Spirit Speaks
If the spirit of rejection could speak, it might say this:
âI was born the moment you believed the lie. I saw your pain, your loneliness, the moment they turned away from you â and I moved in.
I donât want you dead. I want you small.
I want you apologizing for existing. I want you chasing love that never stays. I want you scrolling at 3 a.m., crying quietly so no one hears you. I want you doubting every compliment, dismissing every success.
I am strongest when you agree with me. Every time you say, âIâm not enough,â I grow. Every time you settle for less, I feast. Every time you betray your truth to keep the peace, I celebrate.
My mission is simple: Keep you from seeing who you really are. Because if you ever discover your worth â if you ever choose love, alignment, and truth over me â I die.â
When you hear it this way, you realize something crucial:
The spirit of rejection cannot live without your permission. It has no power unless you feed it â with fear, with agreement, with your silence.
The Grip It Has on You
You grow up, but the voice grows with you. Every job interview, every relationship, every room you walk into â itâs there. It makes you apologize for existing before anyone has said a word.
It makes you:
Stay quiet when you want to speak.
Settle for love that doesnât love you back.
Work yourself to exhaustion to prove you deserve a seat at the table.
Criticize yourself first, so no one else gets the chance.
The spirit of rejection doesnât just want to hurt you. It wants to shape you.
How It Haunts Humanity
When you start to see it, you notice it everywhere:
People chasing validation online because they never felt seen in real life.
People self-sabotaging healthy love because they fear abandonment.
People performing, perfecting, pleasing â just to avoid being âtoo muchâ or ânot enough.â
Itâs in the jokes we make about not being good enough. Itâs in the way we drink to numb, scroll to forget, and hide from silence because silence feels too close to rejection. Humanity is haunted by this spirit.
The Frequency of Rejection
But here is the danger: rejection is not just a memory â itâs a frequency.
When you carry rejection as part of your identity, you start to emit it. It becomes the energy you unconsciously broadcast.
And energy attracts.
So what happens? You draw in people and situations that affirm the wound:
Partners who abandon you.
Friends who betray you.
Bosses who overlook you.
Opportunities that slip away just when you get close.
Not because you are cursed, but because your unhealed energy keeps calling it in.
This is why rejection feels like a cycle that wonât end. It will keep repeating until you shift the frequency.
The good news? You can.
The Twist
But hereâs the part the spirit of rejection doesnât want you to know:
You were never actually rejected. Not by life. Not by God. Not by your destiny.
Yes, you were hurt. Yes, someoneâs words or actions pierced you like a knife. But rejectionâs real mission isnât to keep you hurt â itâs to keep you small. It wants you silenced. It wants you living half-hearted, hiding your light, never fully stepping into who you are.
It wants you distracted by pain so you never discover your power.
And this is the great plot twist of your life: rejection has been your greatest teacher all along. It has been showing you where you still need to heal, where you still seek approval, where you still give away your power.
The moment you see this â really see it â you realize that rejection is not proof that you are unworthy. It is evidence that you are being called to rise above the places and people that could not hold you.
When you name it for what it is, the grip loosens. The spell breaks.
The Breaking Point
Freedom begins when you stop running from that wound and finally turn to face it. When you stand in front of the pain that shaped you and say:
âNo more. You are not my identity. I am not what happened to me. I am not your lie. I am not too much. I am not too little. I am not disposable. I am chosen. I am whole. I am free.â
And then something sacred happens.
The tears youâve been holding back for years start to pour, not as weakness, but as cleansing. The anger you buried starts to rise, not as destruction, but as fire, burning away the old story.
You grieve for every younger version of you who felt abandoned. You grieve for every time you abandoned yourself just to stay loved.
And then â you breathe. Not the shallow breath of survival, but a deep, soul-cleansing breath. The kind of breath that feels like you just came back home to yourself.
The Rewriting
Slowly, you begin to tell a new story. At first, it feels strange, even rebellious:
I am wanted.
I am chosen.
I belong here.
You stop asking for permission to exist. You stop performing for those who cannot see your worth. You stop contorting yourself just to stay in rooms where your soul doesnât fit.
You start to choose love that feeds you instead of love that starves you. You start to speak words that honor your truth instead of silence your heart. You start to see rejection for what it was: not a curse, but a compass.
You realize it was never meant to define you â it was meant to refine you.
Rejection becomes the fire that forged you. The very thing that tried to break you becomes the thing that awakens you.
Final Words
The spirit of rejection cannot survive without your agreement. It has no power unless you feed it.
Every time you choose to speak instead of staying silent, to honor yourself instead of betray yourself, to walk away from what dishonors you â it starves.
And then you realize: you were never truly rejected. You were being redirected â back to God, back to your soul, back to the places where you could grow and belong fully.
This is the moment you stop living as the wounded one and start living as the chosen one you always were.

Why Listening to Iniko Feels Like a Spiritual Initiation
I still remember the first time I heard Iniko. It wasnât in a club or at a festival â it was on TikTok. Kingâs Affirmation appeared on my feed, and I couldnât stop listening. For two weeks straight, it was on loop, day and night, like a personal mantra.
Something about that song reached into a place I didnât know needed healing.
I felt seen, I felt understood, I felt summoned.
It was as if the soaring high notes carried a secret message meant only for me, a sound that called something powerful and long-forgotten to rise.
That song cracked open a greatness I had been hiding. It wouldnât let me stay small, wouldnât let me disappear into the background of my own life. Inikoâs music does that â itâs impossible to hide from yourself when you hear it. It confronts you with your own light.
It awakens the Goddess within.
Messenger of Change
Iniko is not just an artist. They are a messenger â carrying sound like scripture, vibration like prophecy.
In a world obsessed with labels, they choose liberation: genderless, boundless, limitless. They belong to an ancient lineage â the shamans, healers, and visionaries who bridged the seen and unseen, who reminded their communities that the soul has no box.
Their own story is one of initiation. Iniko once shared a chilling sleep-paralysis experience in which a lavender, octopus-like spirit crawled up their body and whispered a single word: "Kaduna" â Sanskrit for mercy and compassion.
Most of us would wake in fear. Iniko understood it as training. Darkness, they realized, was not punishment but preparation.
The message was clear: even when you are held down, you are not bound. You can rise.
This is the essence of their revolution:Â transformation begins in the shadows. Out of the dark comes awakening.
DNA Awakening Through Frequency
Music has always been vibration â but in Inikoâs hands, it becomes medicine.
Their songs unlock something hidden â a remembrance coded in sound. Science might frame it as resonance. Mystics call it remembrance. But what you feel is unmistakable: a current running through your body, goosebumps, tears, a sudden recognition that you are more than your daily grind, more than your story, more than your pain.
This is why Inikoâs music feels so different: it is not background noise. It is activation. Itâs melody as ritual, lyrics as invocation.
Icon Energy
When asked about icons, Iniko named Michael Jackson â not for his fame, but for his message. For the way he used sound to shift collective consciousness, to make humanity look at itself.
And Iniko carries this same vow:Â âI will be one of the greatest.â
But greatness, for them, is not a crown or a spotlight â it is service. It is becoming a vessel strong enough to hold change, brave enough to tell the truth, and generous enough to spark recognition in others.
Because greatness is not just about being seen â itâs about helping others see themselves.
The Sacred role of music
I have always believed that music must have a purpose â to heal, to shift consciousness, to awaken something in us. Vibrations and words are not just sound â they are magic, and that is something sacred.
Artists who honor that truth are more than performers. They are earth angels, healers, and messengers. They understand their assignment: to guide us, to remind us, to call us back to ourselves.
And this is why I am so deeply grateful for Iniko.
Listening to Iniko is not entertainment. It is an initiation. It is remembrance. It is DNA awakening through sound.
Their purpose is not just to be heard, but to awaken the parts of us that have been silenced or forgotten. To remind us that even in the darkest spaces, compassion whispers. That our light was never lost. That music can still be magic.
Inikoâs gift is not just a voice. It is a frequency. A revolution. A return to the truth of who we are.

2025: The Year of 9 âEnding the Cycle
Every story begins with a spark. In 2017, a seed was planted â in your life, in the world, in the collective field we all share. Whether you recognized it or not, you stepped into a new book of your soul. And now, in 2025, that book is turning to its final chapter.
9-year Cycle
Numerology tells us that time moves in nine-year cycles. Each year carries its own frequency, its own lessons, its own mirrors. By the end, you are no longer who you were at the beginning. You have lived, you have broken, you have healed, you have grown.
This is where we stand now: the Year of 9. The year of endings, completions, wisdom, and release.
The Energy of Number 9
The number 9 is the final number of the cycle â representing endings, maturity, wisdom, and spiritual fulfillment. It holds the frequency of the humanitarian, the healer, the old soul.
Where 1 begins with individuality and fresh seeds, 9 ends with surrender and integration. Itâs the number that reminds us:
What begins must eventually complete.
What is learned must be shared.
What is heavy must be released.
It is not an easy energy. Nine years often feel emotional, cleansing, and karmic. But they are also deeply liberating: they give us back our freedom from what no longer fits.
Looking back from 2017 to 2025,
what has the collective truly learned and integrated?
2017 - #1
It began with a whisper. In 2017, the whisper of the number 1 stirred the air with restlessness, urging bold beginnings. People changed jobs, cities, and lovers as if fate were pushing them forward. The collective itself cracked open â Trump stepping into power, #MeToo blazing across borders like fire, silenced voices roaring into the light. The number 1 had arrived, carrying its sharp blade of individuality and daring. A seed was planted.
2018 - #2/11
In 2018, that seed found its first mirror. The number 2 â amplified by the master vibration of 11 â brought relationships, karmic contracts, and dualities to the surface. Lovers collided; some stayed, many broke. Across the collective, polarization intensified, shadows demanded to be seen. Yet something luminous bloomed: Black Panther, more than a movie, became a cultural rite, reflecting what representation and heritage could heal. The number 2 whispered that life is never lived alone; every other is a mirror showing us ourselves.
2019 - #3
2019 danced in with the laughter and chaos of the number 3. The world turned into a stage â TikTok exploding across screens, Billie Eilish bending pop into strange, haunting confession, Greta Thunberg, a lone child, challenging world leaders. Individually, voices rose. Some drowned in noise, others discovered their song. The spell of the 3 was clear: what you say shapes reality. Words are incantations.
2020 - #4/22
Then 2020 silenced the music. The number 4 â under the heavy shadow of the master builder 22 â demanded structure, truth, and accountability. The pandemic swept across the globe, shutting doors, emptying streets, forcing us to face the fragility of the systems we had built. And then came another rupture: the murder of George Floyd. The world witnessed it, and the cry of Black Lives Matter surged across continents. Centuries of injustice could no longer remain buried. Marches filled the streets from Minneapolis to London, Lagos to Amsterdam. The foundation itself shook. The builder number arrived, not to construct, but to collapse what was rotten, so the future might one day stand on truth.
2021 - #5
2021 blew in on the wild winds of the number 5. Restless, rebellious, uncontrollable. People poured into streets, rebelling against restrictions, craving freedom like oxygen. Art reflected boldness â Lil Nas X sparking outrage and ecstasy in equal measure. Individually, many broke bonds, left jobs, sought new lives. But the lesson was sharp: freedom without wisdom is chaos, rebellion without purpose is fire that burns the hand that holds it.
2022 - #6/33
By 2022, the pendulum swung toward love. The number 6 â glowing with the master light of 33 â turned humanityâs gaze back to home, family, responsibility, and healing. Questions of womenâs rights and inclusivity surged; protests bloomed to defend the sacred feminine. BeyoncĂŠâs Renaissance rose as a healing spell â community, joy, freedom, and self-expression wrapped into sound. For many, the year was tender: commitments made or broken, hearts breaking and mending. The master 33 spoke its truth: compassion is the only revolution that lasts.
2023 - #7
2023 pulled us inward. The number 7 is the mystic, the truth-seeker, the hermit. Humanity looked into mirrors of illusion, asking: What is real? Many were initiated into deeper spirituality or inner work, while others drowned in solitude. The collective mirror came in the form of AI. With ChatGPT and new technologies, we stared into the oracle of our own creation and wondered: what does it mean to be human? 7 never lies; it demanded that we look beneath the surface.
2024 - #8
By 2024, the weight of the number 8 pressed heavily upon the world. Power, money, authority, and karma stood on trial. Wars raged, elections revealed divides, economies strained. Billionaires launched rockets while ordinary people fought for survival. In personal lives, money and career became pressing tests. The karmic hand of 8 revealed itself clearly: those who abused power fell, those who held it with integrity grew. Power was never the goal; it was the mirror.
2025 - #9
And now we arrive at 2025. The elder number. The lantern-bearer of closure. The 9 stands at the edge of the cycle and says: It is finished. This is the year of completions, of sacred endings that cannot be avoided. Relationships that have run their course will fade. Projects without soul will close. Identities that once defined you will feel too small to wear. It is not cruelty; it is liberation. Nine does not come to punish â it comes to graduate you.
Collectively, this year will echo with exits: governments shifting shape, cultural icons stepping off the stage, movements reaching their final act. Nostalgia will hang thick in the air, because the soul, yours, mine, ours, is reviewing the story of these nine years. The number 9 asks us to forgive, to release, to empty our arms so that they are free to hold the seed of 2026.
When you reach 2025, ask yourself: What must I now release? What is complete?
A Ritual of Closure
Light a candle. Take nine pages in your journal, one for each year since 2017. On each page, write the lesson you lived, the gift you gained, the loss you endured.
When you reach 2025, ask yourself: What must I now release? What is complete?
Speak it aloud. Then burn or bury the words. Let the ashes become part of the earth, returning the story to Source. On a fresh page, write the wisdom you choose to carry forward into 2026. Keep it light. Keep it true.
This is your graduation ritual. The ceremony of completion.
Final Words
2025 is not just âanother year.â It is the soulâs checkpoint. A time to forgive, to release, and to honor what has been.
As the Earth itself vibrates higher, we are being asked to move lighter on this planet.
That means letting go of toxic dynamics, outdated roles, and old grief. The next nine-year cycle is calling.
The question is: Will you enter it burdened, or will you enter it free?
Because when 2026 arrives, the child will be born again. A new seed will push through the soil. Because endings are never truly endings. They are beginnings, wearing a different face.
Love.

Moon Cycles: The Ancient Art of Working With the Moon
There was a time when we did not need clocks or calendars. We only needed to look up. The moon was our guide, her light told us when to plant and when to harvest, when to gather and when to rest, when to begin and when to let go.
In those nights, under her silver glow, the wise women came together. They were healers, dreamers, midwives, vision keepers. Some called them witches, but they were simply women who remembered. They knew the moon was not distant â she lived inside them. In the blood, in the bones, in the tides of emotion and dream.
The Moon as Inner Mirror
The moon has always held our secrets. She carries the pull of intense emotions, the whisper of the subconscious, the memory of ancestors. Every time she changes, something inside us changes too. To follow her rhythm is to follow the tides of your own heart.
The New Moon â The Seed Imagine the sky, black as velvet. No light, no form. This is the womb of creation. In the quiet, the subconscious stirs. The ancients would plant their seeds now â in soil, yes, but also in spirit.
Ritual: Whisper your dreams into the darkness. Write them, bury them, keep them close. Trust that what grows begins unseen.
The Waxing Moon â The Build A sliver of light returns. The moon grows, and with her, desire grows too. Communities once marked this as the time to act â to sow, to build, to move forward with faith.
Ritual: Take steps toward your vision. Charge your actions with intention, as if each one is water feeding the seed.
The Full Moon â The Illumination Now she is whole. Radiant. Powerful. Under her light, nothing stays hidden. Emotions swell like tides, secrets rise like waves. This is why the wise women gathered at full moons â to celebrate, to release, to honor truth.
Ritual: Dance, sing, burn what no longer serves. Bless water to drink or bathe in. The full moon is a mirror â what rises now is what must be seen.
The Waning Moon â The Release Her light softens. The energy draws inward. What once was planted is now harvested; what once was needed can now be let go. For the ancients, this was a time of cleansing â of body, of home, of spirit.
Ritual: Cleanse with water or smoke. Journal dreams. Forgive yourself and others. Let endings be sacred.
The Eclipse â The Reset And then, there are nights when the moon darkens, or burns red as blood. Eclipses were feared and revered, for they carried the power of destiny itself. They revealed what was hidden, ended what was false, and shifted what no one could control.
Ritual: Do less. Surrender. Witness. Allow the unseen to rearrange your path.
Why We Still Work With the Moon
Moon rituals are not superstition. They are remembrance. To set your intentions with the new moon, to release at the full, to cleanse as she wanes, this is to step back into the rhythm of life itself.
The wise women knew this. The priestesses, shamans, druids, midwives, mystics, all listened to her. And when we listen now, we discover that she has never stopped speaking.
Final Thought
The moon teaches in cycles: begin, build, shine, release, rest. She is the eternal reminder that nothing is permanent, and that everything, including you, is always becoming.
Look up tonight. Feel her pull in your own body. And remember, the real magic is not only above you. It is inside you.
