and then it asks the question and I’m like “okay. 1$ per cone so the 10 cones doesn’t get modified at all. So I can just ignore the cost of the cones entirely, and multiple the cones itself.”

“So I need to know how many 10 dollar cones goes into 100. How many times does it take to multiply 10 to get 100? 10 x a = 100?”

/goes to do it the long way by counting 10, 20, 30, etc . . . but then I remember that I know how many 10s goes into 100 since I know this multiplier table, and I remember that I already did this part of the math in the first millisecond that I saw this problem basically/

“oh okay, it’s 10 cones.”

to be clear, all of this happens in like, maybe 2 seconds (or faster) in my brain, but . . .

I don’t know I just don’t really know how to divide, okay? ;v; Division was the sort of thing where it never made sense to me since long division is just a bunch of addition, subtraction, and multiplication — like it’s just a longer problem that uses all 3 of those facets of math, but division itself kind of doesn’t exist and is fake.

. . . yeah folks tried to teach me how to divide like 3 separate times but I just could never learn how to do it ;v; so I still do maths like a third or fourth grader XD

And it's so weird because . . . the only thing that I think about when thinking about the drug that makes your hunger response not work so that through drug use the loss of body mass can be achieved a lot easier because there's less suffering, is:

like it's just so completely removed from anything about . . . any use of the drug that would even remotely be about other people other than the user. maybe it's just because that's the only reason why I am interested in something like that, exclusively because of self attraction. and I have done a lot of body modding that is based on self-attraction while completely ignoring whether it is conventional or not, so it's just kind of another drop in the bucket for me as far as categorization. 

like I am logically aware that there is a very strained situation going on there, the reasons folks usually get upset about ozempic e.g. fatmisia; but. I'm just in a different brain space with it I guess.

but then I checked the blog and was confused because that was also in the bio, and it turned out that is simply how they format their DNI within their posts all the time,

and it was even funnier, because ¿I think the folk was responding to a thisisparamisia post or something like that? of which, ironically the blog thisisparamisia is itself literally an example of paramisia.

So it was just this heavily ironic chain of two folks hugely speaking against the harms of paramisia, while being paramisic. 

it sure would suck if folks were isolated into their abusive relationships and weren't given outside perspectives or resources to get help

it's still absolutely wild to me that apparently the X axis on this chart is usually supposed to be days? Because, as always, this to me looks like the very average experience over 12 hours on a daily basis. Or like, this is how "everyone always described the stereotypical teenager emotion experiences as being like" which was very strange to me, because as a chrono teenager I was basically permanently in the center line I just didn't experience any emotions at all.

hey guess what guess who’s colourblind really bad with purples/pinks and genuinely could not tell which of the two purples in the key was supposed to be what purple on the map, and genuinely did not realize there even WERE two purples on the map at all, and though it was really strange that “Spanish looks like the colour is a little off with the purple all over the map, but I have no idea what’s going on here; I’m having too much difficulty finding any colours to match them on the key to logically understand this at all, honestly, it feels like dyslexia but with colours trying to look at this map because they’re just all so murky”

stop using similar colours in keys oh my Sun XD I kinda had a hard time telling the tiny orange square and the tiny top square (darker blackish purple) apart on the key, too?? like “wait these are the same colour? wait, no one of them is more red . . . ohhhh okay yeah yeah” but they look very different on the actual map ‘XD

also I was SO CONFUSED that only 6 of them had text-definitions? since that was the first thing I saw and so I was trying to figure out where the lines went and oms. I was like “why is Nevada which apparently means snow covered not pointing at either Nevada OR the snow coloured box?” akdgndsg. I couldn’t see the black in the pink . . . purple . . . red . . whateveritis . . . .

and I was like oh my g-d, if you're telling me that in some terrible irony, stabbing me of the world event, it's supposed to be asexual awareness day -- while I am already absolutely hating** the way-too-slow burn of my (demi)Cupiosexuality*** -- I think I'm going to kill myself /starts crying/

I really like talking with Kaede about consanguinamory; I don't really talk about it literally anywhere else on this platform anymore. which is so odd because when I first joined this platform, my following list was 50:50 consang:maps. Now it's like . . . all maps with the rare exception OTL

no no I think you're really cooking with this reblog addition -- because I'm kind of consanguinamorous for my mom and whenever I bring her to hang out with anybody I know that's my chronoage, they tell me it's literally like hanging out with me just if my body was older and I was a little bit older; and they actually like her and they say she's not anything like a mom at all. But everybody else who has moms I just can't even imagine because. she is too mom for them to have had something like an insane role reversal when they were chrono teenagers to the point where yeah she's my mom but she's kind of more like my sister who is simultaneously my little sister in dependency on me for Literally Anything Social like that sweetie pie is so shy she can't even claim a café table without me helping her flag someone down - but also an older sister in that she's a LOT older - and this is all definitely in a way that matters.
