Is it just me or can it feel overwhelming when a hyperfixation is on a currently popular media. I love PHM I love TADC I loved Stranger things but getting completely bombarded with excessive amounts of content thrown at you is so overwhelming my brain gets overloaded and I just retreat.

Because with how quickly Grace was able to pick up Eridian, even with literally NOTHING about it being familiar the way a human language would be, they probably could have chosen Mandarin as the universal language on Stratt's Vat and he would have just. Learned it.

first community watch: i think maybe donald glover is intentionally playing troy as a closeted homosexual
4th community rewatch: troy barnes though similarly superficial at first is such an incredibly complex character and through his cartoonish and exaggerated shenanigans he maintains his level of realism and similarities to real life queer people that overcompensated for so long they feel unconnected to themselves and this is explored in such a complicated but subtle way that though not obvious at first feel way too intentional to not mean something when piled up
