Yknow how chrysalis can change herself as someone else and pretend to be them?
I think when discord found out that chrysalis has the ability to transform, he would think that if she can do that, then he could convince her to transform to celestia at this point.
On a night, chrysalis and discord are hanging out, they are both just chatting, and he brings up her ability, she indeed explains about it, and asks why he brought it up.
He says “well, I was wondering if you could.. turn into her.”
Her being confused, she questions “turn into who?” And for a moment. She realizes “ah. Right, celestia. Well I mean, are you sure?”
D: “I miss her. I know she may not miss me, but I still think about her.”
With a deep sigh from chrysalis
C: “okay, you asked for this.”
She turns into celestia after, discord blinks, his little pupils go normal, he looks at “her” as if she’s full of glitter.
D: “hey, Celeste. How have you been?”
Chrysalis is surprised at this point, now this is getting too awkward.
Discord chuckles,tucking that hair strand behind “Celestias” ear.
D: “god your so beautiful… you still have your hair, your smell, and your…. Everything.”
Chrysalis then starts to get concerned about discords change from being this “unstabled man that just got out of jail” to being normal because she’s Celestia. How much does discord really love her? Wow.
Discord suddenly perks his tears in his eyes, his eyebrows furrowing into a sad expression.
D: “I miss you, y’know that? I’m sorry..I’m so so so so so sorry…I’m really am, I tried to tell the truth, and they still found me guilty..and, you left me too. You saw me as guilty, didn’t you? Didn’t believe me, didn’t even.. ugh..
He pinches his bridge and wipes his eyes.
Chrysalis starts to slowly see how emotional he was, this is one of the most he’s been ever since they met.
Discord went foward andstarts to hug her, he hugged her very tight. She was starting to become more startled at this point. This wasn’t like discord.
D: “it’s so good to hear you again. With that adorable confusion on your face. Gives me cute aggression.. ah how cute you are.”
Chrysalis swallows, then plays along
C: “I really did miss you, deep down. I was afraid to show up and cry seeing you rotting.”
Discord chuckles, tears drop, landing on the bedsheet.
D: “and I still waited. For you to come back. But you didn’t come back. Huh?.”
Chrysalis still goes along
Discord starts to grip her clothes while hugging her. Not wanting to let go.
Discord stayed silent. He stares at the mirror, breathing heavily, tears formed more.
D: “perhaps, I should’ve let you go. But, I still love you at the same time.”
Chrysalis also stayed quiet, trying to figure out how to snap him out. She pats his back to remind him “hey, discord, you can let me go. Hey.”
Discord starts to wail a small cry, nuzzling onto celestias shoulder, not letting go
D: “why did I get myself into.. why, WHY. WHY! Ohhhh my godd…why did I do that-“
Chrysalis was beginning to feel like she was about to snap in half, she realized how strong he can also be. She was scared at this point, she finally bites his shoulder hard to get him to let go, he lets out a yelp and she slaps him in the face before she gets out of bed “WAKE UP!!”. Discord paused from that slap, tears stopped. Chrysalis transformed back, she took off her choker that has her abilities. He turned to chrysalis with wide eyes, staying quiet. He drops his hand. Blinking everywhere. She was standing in-front of him with a concerned and a startled expression.
C: what is the matter with you?
Both of them stayed quiet, until discord rubbed his face in his hand.
D: ohhhh my GOD. I am completely tired. Phew, what has gotten into me? Haha.
C: are you ok? Like right now?
Discord shrugs, going back to being calm.
D: yeah sure, I’m fine, nothing much to say, I’m probably going to take my beauty sleep. You should too and thanks for the hangout too! Such a delightful friend. Night night!!
She stood there rubbing her arm, nodding
Chrysalis walks away till she goes to her own bedroom, discord left alone in the guest room, Sombra walks out of the bathroom and walks inside the guest room with a face mask only to see discord looking “tired”
S: “dude you need to sleep at this point.”
