Moving on. Good grief this is going to be hard.

K- Kindness to whores is far less common in smaller towns and I just got put in worse and worse spots. I could have stayed in Vector but...I made a bad choice. No...I wasn't trying to just leave the human world, Terra. I went into that cavern looking for a cliff to jump from."

I- “I am she who bore you unto the earth and lost you to true evil.” The woman straightened and fixed Terra with that tawny gaze once again. “I am Madeline Branford, the whore who became Madonna. I am your mother.”

T- “Take me to the poker table in the bay window on the Blackjack. I want my seat in the center and a drink on my left hand side; Kohlingen Whiskey, neat. Figaroan crystal from the King's table. And set the table with the pristine purple cards, Setzer's favorite. In return I will concede you the weather and the location of the airship.”

T-“The Empire.” She said suddenly, as the scent of oil and coal fires splashed themselves across her memory. Madeline raised an eyebrow in confusion and blinked at her. Terra floundered as she struggled to find a way to make sense of what she was thinking. She prayed that Edgar may forgive her one day. “Governments. Collapse the governments. All of them. Bring societies to their knees. Make it chaos. Make some of the lives lost be leaders on both a grand and small scale. Collapse systems of aid.”

E-“Even when seeking peace, lives will be lost. You cannot save everyone from war.”

N-“No, my girl. The Phantom's Train is not the only way there is to speak with the Dead. There were many doors once, but they have long since closed as time moved on. The Espers took much with them when they closed the gate and cut humanity off from magic. It was a miracle that any doors remained open some thousand years hence.”
