#FollowYourDreamsFriday 🥰⁣ ⁣ It’s frowned upon to talk about your income especially when you do direct sales like I do. I love it though. I love the actual “job” activities and I love the incentives, perks, challenges, rewards, and paychecks. ⁣ ⁣ Changing my career from being a logistics manager in the trucking industry (and being absolutely miserable) to doing something out of the box has been life changing for me. I’ve been able to pay off all of my debt, stay home with my kids, go on retreats and vacations, and move my family. ✈️⁣ When people think of direct sales they immediately say “le omg dat iz a pyramid scheme” without even thinking. Any time someone sells something they should be utilizing the products (or whatever it is) themselves and being a product of the product. ⁣ I would not have been as successful as I have been in this business if I didn’t do just that. I workout using the programs as instructed, use the meal plans, use and love the supplements, and I get my own results to showcase what I have to offer IF you do it right. Essentially my job is to get results and do the whole “social media influencer” thing. And then when I show people my results and my customers results... that’s where the magic happens! It’s not rocket science. It’s sales. And it’s fun. It’s not easy all the time- especially because most people want the easy way out and want to just take a magic pill and get thin... they are interested and then come up with all of the excuses they can to not commit. They ghost me. They tell me it should be free... (which is pretty insulting by the way). ⁣ I have to show people that they are worth the investment and that I as a coach am worth the investment. “How do you know you love him?” ⁣ ⁣ It’s like that awkward question when you’re in an interview and they throw a curveball at you and ask you something along the lines of 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦 or 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘪𝘯 𝟻 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴... and you freeze up. ⁣ ⁣ It’s not hard for me to answer this question & for the first time it’s actually extremely 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺. ⁣ ⁣ When I am out and about without him- any small happy thing floods me with the urge to either tell him or think about him. I can see a small heart in the concrete on a sidewalk and think of him- I’ll see a beautiful tree and think of him- barefoot on a beach, sand between my toes & I’ll think of him. ⁣ Happy songs of course I think of him- sad songs make me dread ever losing him- a lady yells at me in a store and I call him immediately to laugh with him. Am I doin this right 😅 #lilpeachclub On this episode of; How Mama Got Her Groove Back- 🍩 Bruhhh I’ve been struggling so much with over eating and not wanting to workout- dreading it actually- and wanting to drink a glass of wine at like 11:50 in the morning... finally feeling like somewhat in control of that the past couple of days! Which is awesome because I hate hate hate feeling bloaty and gross and tired and sluggish and BLAH. 🤮 Anyway- getting out of this funk took effort. And I came together with my accountability group and did some polls and figured out where everyone was at and WHY. Turns out we all just needed eachother and a little extra push. So we’re rounding off week one of our 30 day commitment challenge!!! Today’s focus is on us talking about something positive that came out of this past week. I think it’s safe to say that the majority of us 100+ women will agree that a positive thing could be the fact we all stuck to motivating eachother for 6-7 days straight!! I feel good. I feel a lil back on my grind! I started a new program and gave up the one that was not doing it for me mentally. Tomorrow I’m doing a 3 day detox with about 6 other beautiful ladies. And then Thursday I’m off to our coach retreat on a beach in Florida!!!
