the seesaw used to be even

but now it becomes uneven

and i wonder what would happen

if one of us falls down all of a sudden?

grab their own paddles

propel the canoe swiftly

it’s time to leave, away from the seashore

go away, dance with the waves

roam around the never-ending heaven of blue

and leave the seashore alone

while it keeps thinking

how it wished to be able to move

just like them

but then again, the seashore knows

that it’s just a mere fantasy

a decoy dream in its head
