Police Report #23986, New York City PD
The following tapes were recovered in a raid on a warehouse holding smuggled contraband. They were discovered in a separate box, containing around a dozen VHS tapes. Each was marked with a piece of tape and a name written in sharpie. Further investigation found that each name was connected to a missing persons case. Despite already being convicted for the other material, each suspect denied knowing the origin of said tapes and detectives believe they are being honest.
The tapes have been handed to Officer Jasmine Cross to watch and report back on what she finds.
Tape depicts a woman matching Melissa’s description being tickled on her soles while bound to a bed frame by restraints. She seems in distress and physically exhausted, as if the film starts some time after her torture began. Neither the woman next to Melissa nor her tickler have been identified.
The second tapes shows a woman matching Lexi Quinn’s description with her feet locked in a pair of stocks. She is sat on a polka dotted couch as an unidentified woman is frantically tickling her soles with nails. Lexi’s face is stained with tears and she’s made multiple pleas to be released, stating “Stop! Stop! It’s been months, non-stop! Please, just give me a minute!” She was cut off as the tickler increased intensity, sending Lexi into a laughing fit and unable to speak.
The comment about the tickling going on for months is especially strange as Lexi only went missing a week ago.
Tape 3 consists of a muscular woman believed to be missing bodybuilder and fitness influencer, Jolene Holden. She was bound by cuffs attached to chains and makeshift stocks as an unknown woman tickles her feet with a red feather. This is the first tape where the tickler spoke, repeatedly teasing Jolene with statements such as “You like it, don’t you?” and “You wanted this”.
It’s worth noting that Jolene also had an OnlyFans account where she frequently uploaded tickling content and even confessed to having a love for it herself. Her last post before her disappearance was stating that she managed to buy some extreme tickling tapes off the Dark Web and planned on telling her followers about what she saw.
After two hours, the tape ended with the tickler looking into the camera and saying “And you’ll like it too.”
Officer Cross admitted that she felt the woman was talking directly to her and even felt, for just a second, a tickle across her on foot as if a feather had stroked her sole.
Tape 4 - Eden Robertson and Lily Cole
Eden Robertson and Lily Cole disappeared two years ago. Both worked as clerks at an adult toy store when they disappeared. Texts on their phones indicate that they had found a VHS tape stashed among other products. They mentioned it had the name Samantha Walten, a woman whose name features on the final tape. This points to the conclusion that they witnessed these very tapes before disappearing on the same day.
The tape depicts two women buried in the sand, with only their feet and faces exposed. The background has no features hinting to the location of the beach and the identity of the ticklers cannot be confirmed. Both women are being tickled by fingers on their soles, sending them into a state of hysterics.
Throughout the video, the ticklers made strange comments that did not seem directed at the victims. Such phrases included “We know you’re watching. We see you.” and “You’ll learn to love it.”
Shortly after this, officer Cross found sand mysteriously appearing in her shoe with no means of entry.
Willow Marks worked as an exotic dancer as a means to pay her way through nursing school. She went missing six months ago while working at the strip club. According to coworkers, Willow was offered several hundred dollars by an unknown client who wished to rent a private session with Willow. Instead of a lap dance, however, the client asked her to simply view a video with him. The money was good enough for her to accept the odd request. Moments later, hysterical screams and laughter were heard inside the room. But when the door was forced open, the room was empty and both were missing. The tape was still playing but, to the shock of the coworkers, the tape showed Willow herself being tickled.
The tape depicts Willow in her dancer outfit, bound by chains and metallic stocks. A single feather glides up and down her soles - all the while, Willow pleads for mercy. Disturbingly, Willow repeatedly looks into the camera and shouts, “Run! They’re coming for you too!”
At this point, Officer Jasmine rewatched several of the previous tapes and was horrified to discover that they did not begin the same way as they did before but picked up with the victims already in middle of their torture. Fast forwarded revealed that each tape now went on for hours, seemingly without end. This led Jasmine to conclude that the videos are, impossible as it sounds, not finite but more like livestreams - allowing viewers to witness the torment as it is occurring. This led to the dark realization that the victims are possibly still suffering.
Disturbed but desperate for the truth, Jasmine proceeded to pop in the final tape.
Samantha Walten was a reality state agent married to one Jackson Walten, who ran a store selling and renting VHS tapes. Among the tapes he sold were pornographic films, some of which were filmed by himself as he tickled local models. In several tapes, he mentions his deep passion for tickling and how much his fetish meant to him, as well as his frustration that his wife would not indulge him.
Both Samantha and Jackson disappeared October 10th, 1996, shortly after Samantha filed for divorce. It appeared that the divorce was brought on by her discovery and subsequent disgust of both her husband’s side business and fetish.
The tape opens with Samantha trapped in stocks as her husband, Jackson, taunts her. He states that she’s never leaving him and that what she’s about to receive is just punishment for filing for divorce. “You judged me. You thought I was disgusting. But now? You’re going to be in my videos. Forever.”
Despite her begging for mercy, Jackson began to vigorously tickle Samantha’s trapped feet. It appears Samantha was incredibly ticklish, as she immediately descended into pained laughter. At one point, he oiled her feet, which heightened her sensitivity. An hour into the tape, Samantha’s body gave out only to be awoken immediately with smelling salts and tickled again. The session lasted 4 hours before Samantha passed away due to asphyxiation.
Shortly after, though, the screen cut to static. A man, identified as Jackson by his voice, was holding a new pair of feet. The victim’s face could not be seen, though - only their soles.
“Did you like that?” Jackson asked, “All my life, I’ve loved making women laugh. And I don’t intend to stop. I’ll never stop. These tapes… they’re more than just tapes. They’re my collection. A private little Hell for pretty, ticklish girls. Like you, Jasmine. You watched the tapes. You’ve opened the door. And now, the curse will take you.”
Jackson then produced a feather and began to stroke it across the soles. Jasmine was horrified to realize that with each stroke of the feather on the screen, she felt it on her own soles in real life. She collapsed from the sudden tickles and had to fight against them to reach the tv. Upon ejecting the tape, the tickling ceased but Officer Cross was left shaken up.
She requested to be taken off the case, which was granted. Further, she would be taking a few days off to recuperate.
When she didn’t report in a week later, officers were sent to her home. It was found abandoned with no sign of Officer Cross. However, a VHS tape was found on her bed - it read “Jasmine Cross” on the side.
Jasmine Cross’s whereabouts are still unknown.
