Accept that you're hurting when you are. You're human it's OK to go through all the emotions and feel how you feel when someone has done you wrong. All that tough talk and "I don't give a fuck" attitude will keep you in the same place for a long time. Stop masking your pain because you don't want to seem "weak". Hence, accepting you're in pain will help you heal faster and come out stronger.

The idea that trauma can ruin my life even more because I let it, kind of annoys me. So I’ll do whatever it takes to get better.

i hope august brings you clarity. i hope you finish this summer off doing something your future self will thank you for.
