I honestly don’t know anymore if this is still part of the dysmenorrhea or if my body is finally protesting. I can’t even flex it, thinking I can still move things around the house—repositioning the unused aircon, switching from wooden to steel furniture, and constantly rearranging things.

I know you’ve been trying to make sense of everything—the things you’ve outgrown, the things you still carry, and the parts of yourself you’re still learning to understand. Somewhere along the way, you became so accustomed to holding everything together that you forgot you were allowed to feel lost, uncertain, and unfinished.
