The colonoscopy and endoscopy nurses have officially sentenced me to 24 hours of no showering. 😭🚿 Apparently I must marinate in today’s Arizona sunshine like a rotisserie chicken after sitting outside sweating. 🌞🍗

I’m still wobbling around like a baby giraffe thanks to the anesthesia, and now my nighty night meds have joined the party. 🫠💤

If I suddenly disappear from the internet… don’t panic. I’m probably face planted into my pillow, snoring loud enough to register on the Richter scale. 😴💀

I officially survived my very first endoscopy and colonoscopy today! 😅 For a first-timer, that prep was easily the hardest part of the whole experience.

The good news is that everything looked normal! 💛 The doctors are referring me to a specialist to figure out why I still have inflammation in the lining and why I’m continuing to have bleeding when I use the bathroom.

After surviving a clear liquid diet yesterday, vomiting the prep three times, and… let’s just say… losing a battle with gravity from the other end a few times… 🤣💀 I was SO excited to finally celebrate with some @starbucks this morning.

Never has a chai latte and breakfast tasted so legendary.
