diy hrt directory
since there are ads going around promoting ashwaganda as an alternative to hrt in an attempt to poison trans people, I thought it'd be good to compile a list of safe and trusted places to obtain diy hrt. most of these are for trans women, since A: i am a trans woman, so I know more about hrt and diy hrt for trans women, and B: because there's only a few trustworthy places that I know of for trans men, since T is a controlled substance in many countries.
This directory will include links to guides, purchasing directories, and direct links to dosage guides. Please note that you will likely need to set up a crypto wallet and I am personally not on diy hrt, so please use your intuition.

To trans men and transmasculine individuals; you will likely still need to take birth control, unless you have an IUD or similar contraceptive, as testosterone is not a sufficient enough contraceptive. Please use the correct dosage as advised for both DIY HRT and oral contraceptives, as raising the dose of T to counterbalance any estrogen in contraceptive pills can result in dangerous side effects, including balding, and also looking like elon musk (afaik, he got the estrogen removed from his body or started taking large amounts of T, and no one wants to look like him, im sure).
