i am so serious when i say that the eclipse is haunting me. instead of sleeping i think about it and try to remember it as i saw it because i am so afraid of losing those short seconds of memory i try to burn it into my mind. like life will move on and i will probably never see one again and what if i forget. and to put the cherry on top i just got an idea to try and paint it (i can't physically paint its magnificence. and it's haunting me. i have to get creative) and i can't paint till night :( i wanna paint noooooowww

#on a happier note: the thing that makes me happiest is not the eclipse but the fact that i got to share the joy and wonder with my family #maybe those seconds of darkness and light will fade with time but the happiness will stay #and it'll repeat because life is full of big and small wonders #that's my takeaway at least. i need good sleep please #and those wonders are for sharing with the people you care about. family. friends. mutuals. strangers even #i just want to sleep good again
