For some reason, I get the feeling that Joshua(Gordon’s son) was already dead by the time hlvrai started, and that’s why Gordon only mentioned him once because it’s a painful topic for him.

But when he met Stain, he saw his son in him, and now subconsciously wants to take care of him and become a father figure. Maybe in an attempt to close gestalt.

Just wanted to share this idea with the fandom :)

And, honestly, I liked act 2 way more than act 1. I hope the team keeps this up :)
