Chicken Drumstick Hairpin
I whittled another hairpin/brooch but this time to look like a chicken leg. Pretty happy with this original design. In case you were curious, I used mahogany for the meat and cedar for the bone to get that two colour effect.

I'm going to try to do more linoprints for Inktober or Drawtober or whatever you call it. A linoprint is when I carve into linoleum, apply ink, and print on paper. I'm using a prompt list by @painterlypetal on Instagram and combining every two prompts. First day is Ghost and second day is Magic. And so, I present to you, Ghost Magic!

As suggested by someone on instagram, here is a lino print of a sandwich! And I also decided to try my hand at my first multicoloured print! Didn't quite line up perfectly, but I think it adds character :P
