These vegan brownies are rich, chocolatey, and made from only plants. They're simple to make and a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without using any animal products.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/2 cup coconut sugar. 1/3 cup melted coconut oil. 1/4 cup almond milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix maple syrup, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
