WHAT DO YOU THINK OF CASSIE? -TOTALLY NOT CASSIE-
âSheâll be the death of me. Iâm looking forward to the day she pickpockets someone she canât run away from.â
What is your relationship with Rhett?
âI love that guy. â
samuelclarke:
âNot a medical one- well, not a qualified one anyway. But I was well trained to deal with a lot before all of this,â he replied. âYou want me to take a look for you?â
âThatâs good enough for me.â If only high school prepared kids for the apocalypse, then there would be more people roaming the desolate earth with practical apocalypse jobs â doctors, pilots, servicemen. âIf youâve got a minute.â
bitterxheartxvictoria:
Well, this was a first, to see his temper be tested. A simple question and he was acting like the dog that bit himâthreatened. She looked at the mark on his skin, âIâve seen a walkers bite, and that, is nothing in comparison.â she looked back at him. âEasy tiger, Iâm not going to report you, but letâs get that looked at,hmm?â she signaled for him to follow her.Â
This certainly wasnât how she expected things to go after a couple weeks without seeing him. Safe to say, that yes, she had been thinking about him. Right now, her thoughts were on fixing his wound, rather her attempts to flirt with him. âWere you attacking someone or did it just magically jump out at you?â
He had set out on a mission, and that mission was to gather up some of Cheyenneâs confidential information on the apocalypse to add to his increasing collection. Another town, another chance at figuring out where it all began. And then the dog got in the way. âNot magic. Just pissed off that someone was in their territory.â
He trailed behind Victoria, a familiar face that he had missed, even if he wouldnât admit it. In an effort to prevent her from asking about his time out in the field, he made the first move. âWhat have you been doing?â

samuelclarke:
âI never said it was,â he replied simply. The bite had caught Samuelâs eye briefly and it seemed that his stare had lingered a little too long on the mark. He doubted it was a walker bite anyway, the marks were far different to what they should be like for that. âAlright, I apologise for staring. Have you cleaned that properly, though? You donât want to be risking an infection.â
Define âproperlyâ, he wanted to say. His bandages were already turning an off-shade of white and a tinge of red was visible on the exterior layer. It could do with a proper clean up job. âYou a doctor? Or one of those yuppies that think theyâre a doctor after patching up some post-apocalypse first-aid grade wounds? Not that itâs a bad thing.â
marissa-cartwright:
Marissa took several steps back, her concerned look and emotion only increasing, âIâm just concerned, okay, Mac! What if you were actually bitten by a walker? What would you do then? If you donât want me to be here then Iâll go, okay? Is that what you want?â
âFor starters, I wouldnât be here talking to you about it.â God knows where heâd be if he had actually been bitten by a walker â probably miles away with a gun to his head. Heâd be as good as gone, but that was a problem for later. If when it ever happened. At the mention of her leaving, his gaze dropped to the ground, lips pressed tightly together until he could muster up enough courage to admit he needed her. Â
âNo.â And for a moment, he sounded small. Donât go. It was hard being alone the first time. âFuck. Okay, Iâm sorry.â A callous apology, lacking the sincerity and effort neither of them had time for. âCan we keep moving?â
Sweetheart.
mouthsxmadexofxknives:
The little cheshire grin that had been curling red lips faltered only slightly as she heard her name. Her gaze lifted to his, bright sea-green in curiosity, before her head tilted slightly. â..Maybe.â She commented, her husky voice forced into a tone that was light and noncommital. She pushed her hair back from her face as she poured another customer a drink, turning just long enough to shoot him a sharp, piercing look. âDepends on whoâs asking.â After tending to a couple more customers, she moved directly in front of him. Even though the man was sitting she was still considerably a couple heads shorter than him. â..Whoâs asking?â
Heâd left the house that night with a goal, and that goal was to figure out what the hell was wrong with his best friend. Moody. Closed off. Sometimes drunk. Rhett didnât say much to him anymore, or anymore for that matter; however, there was one person. The bartender. People always spilled their deepest secrets to the person behind the counter, in this case, she was someone Rhett knew very well, or at least at one point in time. It was as good as a start as any.
âIâm MacKenzie.â He extended his hand towards her, letting it hang in the air for her to shake. âYou know, Rhettâs roommate.â Continuous name dropping to jog her memory â he was nailing this PI thing. âHeâs mentioned you a few times. Thought Iâd see what the fuss was all about.â
marissa-cartwright:
Marissa smile widened, âSo I no longer look like a teenager wielding a gun?â
Marissa nodded, âYeah, defiantly; someoneâs got beat some criminal ass!â
He tipped his head and gave her a quick look over. Different, but the same old Marissa. âYou look like a cop. What changed? Seems like a missed out on a lot since I last saw you.â
rhettmajor:
He groans, sitting himself firmly on their couch. âMac, please. Why?â He lays down, sprawling out. âCanât we have a day in?âÂ
âWhy? What do you mean âwhy?â Because there are planes.â He takes a seat on the edge of the couch, forcing Rhett to draw his legs in. âItâs always a day in for you. Some fresh air will do you some good.â

Sweetheart.
mouthsxmadexofxknives:
Cassie paused, falling silent at the other manâs comment. Red brows arched and her hands lifted to perch on her hips as her head tilted.
After a minute, the redhead shook her head and laughed, swinging the bar-cloth over her shoulder and filling up his glass. âThat was about 10% cute, so you get one. But donât push it or Iâll throw you out on that cute ass personally, yeah?â
He could get kicked out after he asked a few questions, not that he wholly believed that she could beat him in a fight. âYes, maâam.â A mock salute.
âItâs Cassidy, yeah?â She fit the description: âjust a wee young thing, hair as brassy as she is, just a smol lad who looks like 'er motherâ. Check. ââRedhead working the barâ. Thatâs pretty much what he said. Rhett.âÂ
marissa-cartwright:
@mac-slater
Marissa smiled widely, strutting up to the tall man in front of her, her new uniform clinging to her skin. âHow do I look?â she asked, twirling around for Mac to see.Â
When she saw Mac in the crowd of people at her classâs graduation, she couldnât hide her grin. Heâd helped her so much before she entered the academy, and gave her amazing advice. Knowing that she was finally graduating, she felt as though she was making him proud. But not only Mac, but her father as well. He died for the safety of his city back in Seattle, and even though he wasnât here with her now, Marissa knew she was making him proud.
âItâs a good look on you,â he told her, waiting until she finished spinning to wrap an arm around her, pulling her in for a congratulatory hug. âYouâre the real deal now.â
If there was anything good to come out of moving to Cheyenne, it was that he could see his girl graduate from the police academy. The last time heâd seen her, she was a rookie in training. Now, she was donning the uniform she had waited so long to wear. Proud was an understatement.
âReady for the mean streets of Cheyenne?â
rhettmajor:
âI  canât.â Heâs lying. He just really doesnât want to. âI have to⌠work?âÂ
âAnd I have a meeting with the president.â He knows Rhettâs lying. He doesnât care if he doesnât want to. âTodayâs your day off. Letâs check out the air base.â
Sweetheart.
âYeah? You raise a real good point. I could give you a free round of shots, since youâre so fucking cute.â Cassie practically purred at the mouthy customer, leaning forward on the bar. âOr, and bear with me.. you can fucking bite me. You know what? I like the second one. Any questions? Comments?â
â..Concerns?â
He looked up from his near empty drink to acknowledge the one denying his descent into alcoholism. She was probably doing him a favor. Her retort was matched her with an equally cheeky, school yard response. âYeah, one question: so you donât think Iâm cute?â
SKYâS STILL BLUE â sgt. mackenzie slater
Being less than honorably discharged isnât easy for a man who was groomed to take the lead in the battlefield. Everything was fine and dandy until a suicide bomber singlehandedly took the lives of the team he was responsible for. Anyone would have reacted the same way as he did⌠guilt-ridden, angry, utterly devastated⌠only, the very people he put his trust in found it easier to boot him for misconduct than honorably discharge him because of undiagnosed PTSD.Â
It isnât an exaggeration to say that the military was his entire life; he had grown up with it and knew of nothing else. Barking orders and following a chain of command was easy, being an ordinary person with ordinary hobbies was considerably harder. With echoes of the blast that killed his team still ringing in his head, he needed a place where he could focus on being human â and Cheyenne was perfect for just that.

Suggestive Sentence Starters
Collected from all over the net, other memes, etc. Some are subtle, some are fluffy, some donât have to be taken sexually, some are so straightforward you could practically jump into a smut scene in a few posts. Enjoy!
âNo â no. Just keep your clothes on.â âYou are so mean⌠and Iâm okay with that.â âIs that all your mouth is good for?â âI am always looking for meaningful one night stands.â âCan I borrow a kiss? I promise Iâll give it back.â âI would rather have a cup of tea than sex.â âAh, ah, not till I give you permission.â âApart from being sexy, what do you do for a living?â âWhere do you think youâre going?â âAnd how are you going to make it up to me?â âMy sexual preference is often.â âWhat a nice little sound, I think Iâll bite there again.â âDonât worry, it only seems kinky the first time.â âDoes it taste alright?â âYou wouldnât dare!â âYouâre so cute when youâre tired, you know.â âAnticipation makes the hard-on longer.â âYou know what material this is? [Grab your shirt] Boyfriend/Girlfriend material.â âNothing risque, nothing gained.â âI love when youâre rough.â âIs that a challenge?â âIs there a mirror in your pocket? Because I look great- wait, I said that wrong.â âIâm not cheap, but I am on special this week.â âSex is not the answer. Sex is the question. Yes is the answer.â âIâm not gonna stop leaving marks till Iâm sure everyone will know your mine.â âMake me.â âWhatâs in it for me?â âIâm not drunk, Iâm just intoxicated by you.â âIâm going outside to make out⌠care to join me?â âWhatâs your favorite silverware? Because I like to spoon!â âThank god Iâm wearing gloves, because youâre too hot to handle.â âDonât stare. I didnât want to do this.â âI think I could fall madly in bed with you.â âI need one of those hugs that turns into sex.â âWant to come over and watch porn on my flat screen mirror?â âStop undressing me with your eyes and start using your teeth.â âCan I put you on my to-do list?â âKiss the hell out of me. Please.â âYou can stay but your clothes must go.â âI donât like being told what to do unless Iâm naked.â âYour lips make me wonder what the rest of you would taste likeâŚâ âThis is mine. Are we clear?â
Karmaâs a Bitch
Sheâd managed to make her way up to the second floor of the building that was once the police station of the town neighboring Cheyenne. It had been a bitch of a time, too. Sheâd had to dance her way around the heavy throng of Eaters surrounding the fucking place for some reason. It had taken her a good thirty minutes to shimmy up a drain pipe and get to the second floor, but the minute she got up there she managed to find an open window. Hooking her backpack over her shoulder and pulling it open.
She remained crouched in the window for a moment, listening. She could hear a thrush of movement, and her head tilted, before she jumped into the room and lowered her palm to the back of her jeans pocket. She couldnât tell from the footfalls or the rustling whether it was dead or alive, but she was about to fucking find out. Moving quick and lightly on her feet, the red-head made her way through one room, then the next of the police station. Noting the vending machines still full of food, the occational weapon she could use later, but her attention was on the noise at hand.
By the time she got to the room the noise was coming from, she had her gun up, slowly rounding the doorway as she steadied herself. She hadnât seen any other eaters in the building yet, but what she came face to face with sure as shit wasnât something she expected. It was something that surprised her so much she stood there for a minute. Staring at the considerably large, considerably familiar man.
Ah shit.
@mac-slaterâ
The station was his best bet of finding Cheyenneâs last marked down thought before the world went to shit. The zeds were cleared out a long time ago by the looters, looking for rations and weapons. There wasnât a trace of anything useful at the front desk or the locker rooms, as expected. He didnât have any high hopes for the state of the place, but he left the best for last â the sheriffâs office. Sifting through the papers brought back memories of a world where murder cases were investigated and criminals were locked up behind bars. Now, the law was only regulated by moral judgement.
He had his hands on a few memos detailing the initial outbreak and several files on incidents that happened after. Riots. Looting. Murder suicides. It was all grim, but a good insight on what exactly happened. If he could just piece it all together with the information he already had, he would be one step closer to figuring out just how badly someone fucked up for the world to end up as a human wasteland.
He didnât expect to see anyone, not since anything that was worth stealing was stolen months ago. His eyes were on the door the moment she came in, hand on a pistol hidden under the current file he was skimming over. Heâd helped so many people since the outbreak that it was hard to differentiate faces and names, so what were the odds that he would recognize the very woman standing before him? Â He nearly parkoured over the table to get to her. Instead, he swept all of the files into his bag and sidestepped around the desk.
âYouâre the bitch that skipped town with my shit.â
