Many times we come to a fork in the road, where we must make a decision. We can choose what is comfortable or make the choice to break through our conditioning and step forward into the unknown. That’s what happened to me 5 years ago and I will never regret it. I had a great life in FL but my soul just told me there was more for me waiting out in this great world. I was afraid but my inner voice was so strong and loud it would not let me rest. It nudged me to write my books, to film my videos and start my yoga school in a distant island I had only seen in photos. The first 5 years leading yoga teacher trainings in Bali were not easy, I had a lot of growing to do. Now I’m so grateful for all of the experiences that helped me to grow. I look back on the choices I made with appreciation for my courageous free spirit. I always encourage my students to follow your intuition and listen to your heart. The road may not always be easy, but it will always be worth it. ❤️🙏🌅
