They felt the inescapable tightness in their chest, they retreated into the closet. Kenma's switch screen lit up and they started playing Mario Kart. Maybe if they just focused hard enough this feeling would go away.
Their thumb took the pressure off the X button from shaking, they tightened their grip on the handheld. They forgot breath, to blink, to hear. Life right now up a low stakes racing game where they was Yoshi throwing random shit at bots.
But soon all their efforts would be put to waste with a sharp pain in their abdomen
"Ah! Fuck-!" Kenma gasped out realizing too late. They didn't dare more their anxiety crushing them down further. They found their phone and failed their boyfriends number.
It ring threw no pick up, Kenma dials again "please Tetsu'" they say desperately holding the phone close.
This time Kuroo picks up "Kenma, are you alright? Aren't you supposed to be streaming?"
"I'm sorry" Their voice was small
Kuroo heard his partners voice and immediately got up from his desk, "you have nothing to apologize for Love" he quickly packed his bag and slung it from his shoulder.
Kenma got smaller in the closet backing up into a corner "Tetsuro I'm scared"
'Family emergenā¦āā¦call out earlyā¦ā ā¦I'm sorā¦āā¦thank you ma'amā¦' "sorry Kenma?" Kuroo waves bye to his boss. He grabs his phone from between his neck and shoulder "heyā¦ Kenma, cand you tel met what's scaring you"
"I don't" they shudders "I don't know" they ball themself tighter "I was just prepping my stream and then I got really anxious so i hid in the closetā¦"
The closet, Kuroo had found Kenma there multiple times before or after particularly strenuous social interactions, but Kenma is able to handle their twitch and YouTube chats, they prefer to interact through the chats.
"Then my fucking period came" Kenma's scowl bled into their voice, but the anxiety isn't leaving.
"Okay, good job, do you wanna stay on call while I come home?" Kuroo says while walking to the train station, this was gonna be at least 20 minutes, Kuroo hated that.
"Mhm"
"Okay, do you want me to talk? Distract you?" Kuroo contiued.
"Mm"
"Kenmaā¦"
"Mhm"
"Okay" Kuroo began to think as walked, "To day in the office Hanako-san brought mochi and gave us all some, I was thinking I could get her some candy as a thank you" Kuroo said passing by a conviniance store, he quickly entered and went to get a small slice of apple pie, hersheys bar, and some pads. He checked it thanking the store clerk than leaving "I got you some stuff"
"Did you get pads?"
"Yes I did"
"Oh thank god" Kenma sighed "I love you"
Kuroo smiles "I love you too, I bording th train now I can't talk"
"Stay"
"I will"
Kenma could hear the train's doors open and Kuroo quietly apalogizing as he found a spot. They stayed on call for 10 minutes, Kenma just listening to KUroo breath softly, trying their best to match his breathing.
'Excuse meā¦ā'm sorry sirā¦āā¦' "I almost home Kenma"
"Hurry up" he pouts, his voice just a little more sound.
Kuroo noticed and sighed with relief, it wasn't much but it was something "You were gonna play Resident Evil today right?"
"Yeahā¦ but them my brain and uterus said 'no fuck you' and noe I'm don't wanna leave the closet" Kenma rolled their eyes
Kuroo snorted "How your anxiety?"
"My hearts still pounding, but I can think straight" Kenma pauses "No I'm not I'm thinking about you"
"Hey!" Kuroo retorts playfully "I'm serious"
"I am too" Kenma deadpans "okay it is hard for e to hold onto a thought"
Kuroo hang up.
"Hey wait! Bitch you said you wouldn't-"
The closet door opens "and I'm a man of my word, can I come in?"
Kenma pulls him down and clings to him, Kuroo hesitates but wraps his arms around his partner "I'm here now"
They both sit like that for a while then Kuroo speaks again "Why don't I run you a bath?"
Kenma nods, as they start to get up Kuroo, who got up quickly picks Kenma up "Nuh-uh, none of that" he carries kenma into the bathroom.
Once the bather is started and Kenma's inside Kuroo kisses his forehead and leaves, going to the kitchen he heats up the apple pie and grabs a banana.
30 minutes later Kuroo walks into the bathroom "I heated up a towel and your dysphoria hoodie, I also got some snacks and pain killers, do you want those on the bed or at your desk?"
"Desk, I still have to stream RE9"
"Don't you think you'll be a bit stressed?"
"I'm playing as Leon, I'll be fine, plus I'm in the late game I just need to get through Racoon City"
Kuroo stared at him not knowing about a single thing Kenma is saying "ā¦ okay?" He blinks "isn't it still a horror game?"
"Not with Leon"
"ā¦what"
That was the mistake Kuroo made, Kenma proceeded to infodump all of their gameplay knowledge on Kuroo, while getting out, drying off, and getting dressed.
Kenma kept talking as they walked to the kitchen to get their snacks, then to their office. "And that's why when your playing as Leon there's really no stress, cause he's more action oriented" then Kenma gasps "you got me applie pie?"
"Yes" Kuroo say, eye brows knitted as he's still absorbing all the information.
"I love you" Kenma flops back in their chair, and they start finishing up setting up his stream.
"I love you too" Kuroo sighs letting go of trying to think about whatever Leon is, kissing the side of Kenma's head.
"Go go go, I'm starting" Kenma swats him away.
Kuroo laugh "I'll be in chat Kenma"
"Okay bye bye Tetsu" he started his stream the 'please wait screen up'.

For my current one, I came up with the nickname "Nes" as the one I wanted to use online, since prior to this I didn't really have one. I kept trying to find good, memorable, unique tags, and one day came up with the idea to use a common cryptid name but tweak it to make it my own! Thus, the unique title of loch-nes-dragon was born.
Well mine came along because Stargazer was my Sona at the time of making my user (she isnāt anymore) 56 because itās my second favorite number, and cipher because I was far too obsessed with Bill Cipher T_T

If they ever go on a sky island, Wild and Sky will jump off, and everyone is gonna be so worried, then a gust of wind (Tulin or Ravali) will push them up, Time lectures them (more specifically Wild), and Wind will question them to oblivion. Thereās a chest with a key on and island Wild will do āboomie zoomiesā (use the bomb rume to blow himself up) on to the island grab the key and boomie zoomie back, Time would lecture him like āthank you for getting the key but please donāt blow yourself up againā and Wild āWhat? It didnāt hurtā. Hyrule and Legend mess with the others, like moving their stuff in different places, making calming times a bit more chaotic in a good way. In Wildās Hyrule, Wild decided to start fake coughing and he fell on the floor and he was screaming in āpain,ā and then on the sheika slate he teleported to a shrine nearby, everyone thought he was dead for a second but then Wild yelled at the group from the shrine and paraglided down, Time once again lectured Wild about āworrying everyoneā. Twilight uses his wolf form as a therapy dog sometimes. Warriors and Sky know first aid (wow no shit, almost like they're in the military or something). Malon asks Time to get Cucco eggs, and Time will creep into the coop, snatch 2 or 3 eggs, and bolt out, Malon watches and laughs every time.
