the thing about anxiety is that you think & think about every possible way the situation, or whatever, could go wrong. in reality you just go & do the thing & it usually turns out absolutely just fine.

now i haven’t been dealing with anxiety for very long, only about a year & a half, but that doesn’t make it any less crippling.
