My 30 day Challenge is going great. I’m trying to create a lifestyle that is completely doable. I got out of balance with eating, drinking and exercise! As in no exercise! So for now to get to where I want to be I have to give up any drinking. And that’s ok. Lots of benefits! My @onepeloton has made ALL the difference! As I’ve been gaining endurance and strength I will be trying to work out 6 days this week. Getting it done at crack of dawn seems to be the answer for me. I’m turning back the clock with every spin! Another thing I learned was that letting yourself eat anything will sometimes backfire! I felt yikes after eating a huge peanut butter chocolate swirl cone!
