one month late but hereβs my july cover pageπ
π itβs been a while since i last posted here. life has just been soβ¦ tough. but iβm trying to enjoy the last few days of my break before the new semester starts.
life update? i took a pretty long break (unintentionally) from journaling. hmm, it just started to feel like a chore. i still wrote on some days, but not as much as i used to. eventually, i switched from the hobo cousin to the hobo cousin avec because the empty pages just frustrated me. πββοΈ anyway, iβm happy to say iβve slowly found my way back. journaling doesnβt feel like a chore anymore and i just realized how much iβve missed this quiet kind of joy.
i also want to be more active here. iβve been meaning to share my july spreads, itβs just that havenβt finished editing [blurring] them yet. for the past weeks, iβve been thinking of quitting instagram and focusing more here instead. i donβt know the exact words to say, but all i can say is that it feels easier to breathe here. anyway, iβll be sharing more soon!

Ever since I moved apartments, Iβm consistent with journaling! Journaling helped me so much in many waysβ Iβm able to reflect and it helps me to keep grounded. Apart from this, Iβm also happy to use my stickers when I journal which makes my journal spreads much nicer. πββοΈ Iβm also happy to share that I finally quitted tiktok for over a month now. Imagine, I used to scroll and watch videos for hoursβ¦ π€― Anyway, itβs probably one of the best decisions Iβve made this year because it helped me to have better mental clarity and to be more focused. Building habits can be so hard at first, but itβs amazing how small changes can lead to more focused days and clearer thoughts!
