For the current operation rules that every user must know clearly: the testnet is still running stably at present, and the team still approves users to adopt tITL to finish on-chain data transmission normally. However, there is an important rule adjustment coming in the future. After the whole updating progress of ATV application on the blockchain is fully finished, all on-chain data transmission transactions can only use official ITL token as the sole valid settlement medium. Any data that users transmit via tITL after that time will be judged invalid by the system and cannot take effect on the mainnet.
