Oscar Wilde, excerpt of “The Sphinx” (1894)
I’m not into monsters that actively want to kill me, but I am into monsters who totally could and give consistent reminders of that. The twitch of a dangerously clawed hand when you do something that excites them, the effortlessness of how they can pick you up and have you wherever they want, sharp teeth pressed against your skin in the heat of it; just shy of drawing blood. You feel?

Merry Christmas everyone ~
Blessed yule
I search for him across the barrows Where shattered bones and splintered arrows Grow in place of wilted flowers And sword hilts drip with recent showers
The stones were weeping And shadows seeping From the grey and battered grounds A spring of ancient, eerie sounds
Still I go seeking (My body, sleeping) Through ashen skies and yellowed lands All peeking through my faded hands

Although I don't think I've seen Beelzebub wear a crown. This gives off his vibes.
Have I uploaded this cool Bee Scientist Minecraft inspired OC on tumblr yet? She is not actually evil she’s just extremely dramatic and wants to make immortal dogs with command blocks.
The upper drawing is the updated design.
Could very much be someone working under Beelzebub. Very cute character!

I have a witchy/paranormal question for tumblr: how much of sleep paralysis do you believe is scientifically explainable (your eyes simply opening before your brain has stopped dreaming therefore hallucinating which from my understanding is just a hypothesis rather than a tested fact) and how much is spiritual? I've had sleep paralysis a few times in my life and have seen, heard, and felt some shit. All documented parts of sleep paralysis but... maybe not? Like some of it is just a bit too unexplainable? I personally think that dreams can be spiritual/metaphysical so I think maybe some of my sleep paralysis experiences may have been not completely in my head.
What do y'all think?
I personally believe most experiences like this involve a spirit or entity attacking the person while they're sleeping. I think the weird elements of "sleep paralysis" come from our spirit sensing/seeing what's happening to us while our body is sleeping, which is why people can't move or react and tests generally show they're physically asleep and dreaming during episodes (it ties in with my belief that some dreams are actually real astral experiences our spirits have while our bodies sleep). Whatever the exact cause, I know when my mother started experiencing "sleep paralysis" (with the usual dark entity present), she did a bunch of cleansing and prayed for Apollo's protection and it never happened again after she did that. Maybe it just worked because she believed it would, and it really was all in her mind, but that doesn't change the fact it worked.
I've had sleep paralysis for a long time. I actually think my first ones might be while I had really high fevers growing up as I'd hear the sound of paper shuffling/flying about and had that same sound in other later episodes. I've also heard a lot of other things as well.
I think sleep paralysis might be spiritual as well as physical. Once I stopped being afraid of them, the feeling switched. Now I have people I know or random beings popping in my room or house. Sometimes it turns sexual. Very rarely does it get scary anymore.
I haven't had any conversations with anything while in this state yet (although I hear the other people talking). I don't know what they might mean or be.
I AM sorta thinking but haven't confirmed this, that several were actually my current patron visiting me. I've heard bees and I associate bees with him. One I was asleep on the couch and I heard bees at the front door. Later I opened the front door to find a bee smashed in the door jam. Could have been a coincidence but I didn't know the bee was there until later.
