( IT )  â`almost seemed like a sin of how peaceful this park was and how happy everyone seemed as well. A scene he wished he could gaze upon all the time as this was the kind of peace he wished to have. Those who could be content in a place like this without any worry. Something he wished he could do, but his mind couldnât stay focused enough to try. The idea of reading a book in the park seemed relaxing enough, but it seemed impossible at this rate. Call him crazy, but he was finding himself missing having so much work to do all the time. Just a little bit.
A snap noise would be made as his book would close and rest in his lap. Yes, it wasnât even worth the hassle to pretend he was reading itâs contents. Too many things were drifting in his mind, such as his encounter with Ferris. Perhaps if she was angry with him, did that mean the other friend of their party would be upset with him as well? Would Ryner yell at him just as Ferris did? He wondered.
It was almost as if the Gods would taunt him as lo and behold, speak of the devil and he shall arrive. With the yawn and the paper falling off his face a little, he could almost tell immediately. The king would squint a little bit to try and make definite sure it was him, but with the turn of his body so that he wouldnât face him told him enough. Of course he was trying to sleep outside too, he shouldnât be surprised.
Shuffling his feet forward heâd stand up and walk over to the brunette while leaning over him a little. â Not even a hello? Thatâs awfully hurtful Ryner. â
â Or perhaps are you mad with me? Ignoring me doesnât make things better you know? â
Great.
As much as he would have liked to be better prepared for this... Actually, it was questionable as to how much he would prepare. Heâd have to take into consideration the fact that Sion had tried to kill him during one of their last encounters before anything else. Maybe that didnât get to him as much as it should have-- What did get to him was Ferrisâ crying face. But even that.. Despite all of that?
Heâd still wanted to save Sion.
But this meeting? It was way too early! And in a place like this? And the Sion before him seemed... A little different compared to the Sion that had him locked away. Still the same Sion but also not? Who cares! Ryner was trying to ignore him anyway. It was easy enough to say that Rynerâs feelings might be feeling a little conflicted!
He crumpled the newspaper in an attempt to drone out the otherâs voice, curling his body with an exaggerated groan. âAaaaah?! Whyâd it have to be you? Here?! Now--?!â Ryner sat up then, offering a frown before rubbing the back of his head. âHmph.. Whoâs mad? Not me.â Rather, heâd been hoping for a bit more peace before he would let his mind settle into this new and possibly terrifying reality! Something he probably couldnât have in the presence of this king anyway. Ryner didnât even look at Sion until he finally just gave up and leaned back against the bench.
â... So youâre here too then...? Aah.. Whatâs up with this..?â
