Oberon grew up in the old empires of the highborne, especiallyΒ in Zin-Azshari and Later Suramar. Chances are, your characterΒ may have met him if they were old enough to be alive back then.
Oberon has been a Priest of Elune for thousands of his years, if your character shares his faith there is a strong chance they might know of each other or have a lot in common.
Many of his years were spent trapped under a bubble in Suramar after the sundering and has had contact with many other nightborne. He is one of the few of his faith that stuck with it well after and beyond that time.
