Okay I can’t imagine how hurt Tadase felt during this scene. I hate when people still hate on Tadase, even in this scene. I mean, can you imagine? The girl you like has been letting the person you hate the most stay in her room, doing who knows what. She hid it from you, and probably for a reason, is what he would think. To make it even worse Ikuto belittles him calling him a little boy and making fun of his confession which he was probably already really self conscious about. And on top of all of that, he’s not just your enemy, he is your childhood friend who you used to love very much, like an older brother, saying this directly to you. Before he had never directly said anything mean but now it’s been confirmed. So just a little explanation for Tadase on this scene.

Then there is Ikuto who had to hurt Amu, the girl he loves, and Tadase, who he already knows hates him, for reasons he can’t explain why. He made the girl he liked cry and his former friend like a little brother. All to protect both of them from getting hurt. And he can’t say how he really feels.

Then there is Amu who’s crush, who just confessed to her, she hurt more then she can even imagine, pretty much making him cry. He trusted her. You can tell Tadase had complete almost ridiculous faith in her. And she betrayed him. Then, probably knowing at the back of her mind he did it for a reason, blamed it on Ikuto and told him to get the hell out of there. Knowing that she was basically handing him back over to Easter.
