If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; be honest and frank anyway. If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous; be happy anyway. The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow; do good anyway… You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God; it was never between you and them anyway.

How to know if someone in love with you? When they really give a fuck at anything you do. Like they’ll get mad at you if you do something stupid. They’ll do anything to make you happy and never ever make you feel like you are a burden to them. They care about your job, your family, foods that you eat when you are stressed out, they care about anything as long as it is associated with you. They’re not in love with you if they don’t care at what you do.

Nothing lasts, you see, not even the thoughts inside you. And you mustn’t waste your time looking for them. Once a thing is gone, that is the end of it.
