Here we will be breaking down the timeline, inconsistencies, provable lies, and evidence of the Arvizo allegations / the 2005 criminal trial of Michael Jackson. This will be a very long post/read, so if you’re not interested, feel free to scroll past quickly.

On November 18th, 2003, an arrest warrant was issued for Michael Jackson based on a thirteen year old boy named Gavin Arvizo who alleged he had been sexually abused by the star between the months of February and March of 2003. The criminal trial of 2005 was the result of these allegations, where Jackson was acquitted on all 14 counts, 4 misdemeanor and 10 felony charges.

How did the Arvizo family meet Michael Jackson?

↳ Michael Jackson first met the Arvizo family in the summer of 2000. Gavin Arvizo (10) was a cancer patient, and was undergoing chemotherapy. Before his stay in hospital, he would attend comedy classes at the Laugh Factory, which is a comedy club. The club is owned by Jamie Masada. At these clubs, the Arvizo family met and befriended multiple comedians, including George Lopez and Chris Tucker. Once ill, Gavin requested to meet Michael Jackson through Masada. Masada testified in the 2005 trial that he had managed to get in contact with Michael’s management, which is when Michael personally called Gavin on the phone. This phone call lasted approximately five minutes, according to Gavin’s testimony.

According to Gavin, Michael invited him and his family to stay at his ranch. He stated Michael called him around 20 more times throughout his treatment, either at the hospital or at his grandmothers home where he lived. The Arvizo’s first visited Michael’s ranch in August, 2000, after Gavin’s first round of chemotherapy. The entire family was present, including Gavin, his younger brother Star, his older sister Davellin, the mother Janet and father David. This is the night that Gavin and Star slept in Michael’s bedroom. Both on video and on the witness stand, Gavin stated he slept on the bed and Michael slept on the floor. Frank, one of Michael’s assistants, also slept on the floor and was there the entire time. What is often overlooked is that Michael’s two oldest children, Prince and Paris, were also in the room and slept in the bed with Gavin and Star.

↳ It should be noted that Jackson’s “bedroom” was huge, and was also 2 stories. The defense successfully proved beyond reasonable doubt that entire families sacked out in his bedroom and on his bed that was twice as large as a normal King size. More on Michael’s bedroom later in the thread.

↳ The Arvizo’s did not claim that Michael molested Gavin at this time. They claimed he molested him 3 years later WHILE being investigated by multiple police departments, CPS, and the FBI. There is one dispute about this night: Gavin and Star alleged Michael and Frank showed them pornography on a laptop computer Michael had bought Gavin. Michael and Frank denied this. We will touch on this dispute later in the post. Gavin states in his testimony that he actually did not have much contact with Michael, and that Michael actively was avoiding the family. He also states that Michael changed his phone numbers. To not lose contact with Michael, the Arvizo family began bombarding him with letters and cards in which the children would refer to him as their father.

Though Jackson kept his distance from the family, he still tried to help them financially. He bought them a van, and allowed them to use his ranch for a blood drive for Gavin where all of his employees donated.

Now that we know a brief background of how Mr. Jackson came to know the Arvizo family, let us discuss the time line of this case, as it is extremely important.

The timeline of events

↳ As we discussed above, the Arvizo’s met Michael through comedians they befriended before Gavin’s chemo treatment began. Chris Tucker specifically was close friends with Michael Jackson (he is in Michael’s music video for You Rock My World), and he testified against the prosecution in Jackson’s defense in 2005. They spent the night at Michael’s ranch once while he was there, and then did not have much contact with him after until the year 2002 when they were called to participate in a documentary created by Martin Bashir, called Living with Michael Jackson. This documentary was exposed in the trial as being maliciously edited by Bashir to create pedophilic innuendos to the general public; more on this later in the post.

Bashir suggested that Michael could show the public how he had helped children with serious illnesses. Michael suggested either David Rothenberg, or Gavin Arvizo. David Rothenberg was set on fire by his father as a child, and was befriended by Michael whom helped with his treatments and continued to care for him until his death. Because David was already an adult at this time, Bashir insisted to use Gavin instead whom was 13 at this point.

Jackson trusted that Bashir had no hidden agenda in his presentation of Michael’s relationship with Gavin, and out of naivety he allowed himself to be filmed showing affection to Gavin where he is seen holding his hand while the boy leans his head on his shoulder. Bashir exploited Jackson’s poor judgement in public relations and then drew him into a discussion of whether it was acceptable to share a bedroom with a child.

When the documentary aired in February, 2003 this segment caused a storm of bad publicity for Jackson and wild speculations in the general public about the nature of his relationship with Gavin Arvizo. In reality, as you have seen, there was no close relationship between Jackson and Gavin, and since 2000 they hardly ever spoke or saw one another. You have also seen how the Arvizo family were the ones pursuing Jackson, and not the other way around.

Throughout the documentary, Bashir uses suggestive and highly manipulative narration and it seems that his intention from the beginning was to create and feed in innuendo about Jackson’s relationship with children. Even Gavin admitted in his 2005 testimony that Bashir’s portrayal of Jackson in the documentary was false. After the shooting of the scene the Arvizo children stayed at the ranch for one night, but Jackson immediately left after the segment and he was again unavailable to Gavin, according to Gavin’s testimony below ↴

Q. “At that point, could you reach Michael Jackson by telephone if you wanted to?”

A. “No, after the Martin Bashir thing, he didn’t give me any phone numbers, because he left, like, either the same day or the day after the Martin Bashir interview, and I didn’t really get any other phone numbers.”

The Arvizo family did not meet with Jackson again until after the Bashir documentary was released in the UK February 3rd, 2003 and in the USA February 6th, 2003. On February 6th, someone illegally leaked Jordan Chandler’s police interview to the media to further antagonize the general public against Jackson, and the media went into a frenzy and began trying to hunt down the Arvizo family.

Jackson’s team decided to fight this negative press by holding a conference in Miami, Florida with the Arvizo family. The conference was called off, but the Arvizo family did travel to Miami with Chris Tucker and they, along with Jackson, returned to Neverland Ranch February 7-8th and stayed there on and off until March 12th, 2003.

While creating their allegations against Jackson, the Arvizo family, minus the father whom at that point had split from Janet Arvizo, claimed that on the way back to Los Angeles from Miami on February 7th on the airplane, they witnessed Jackson lick Gavin’s head while he slept. Despite the fact that many people were on the plane, the only two people that have ever claimed to have witnessed this alleged scene were Star and Janet Arvizo. Although this whole alleged scene lasted for only six seconds, Janet Arvizo claims to have got up from her seat to go to the restroom exactly at the right moment to witness it – according to their story. Oddly, Janet Arvizo never confronted Jackson about what she allegedly witnessed, nor did she ever ask her sons about it. Supposedly she just kept it to herself and the first time she ever mentioned it to anyone was when the family first started to make child molestation allegations against Jackson later in 2003-2004.

In the next piece of this thread, we will be discussing the crucial period of February 7th through March 12th.

The third part starts off strong with something easily debunkable; thanks Ron Zonen for continuing to be a stupid cunt! You’re making my job more of a breeze!!

They begin by Zonen talking about how Michael is smiling in this deposition while being asked by a lawyer about Jordan Chandler and the CSA allegations from the Chandler family in 1993. Zonen, as per usual, lies his ass off. Notice how they don’t provide any context for this deposition?

That is because this deposition was not ABOUT the CSA allegation. It was for a civil lawsuit filed by the Neverland 5 (a group of 5 former employees who all sued Jackson for wrongful dismissal after being fired). Jackson countersued for theft, and he won, proving they were stealing his personal items and auctioning them off, etc. Many of these employees sold stories to tabloids and testified for the prosecution, which I will discuss in depth in this post. This deposition was taken at The Four Seasons Hotel in New York on March 1st, 1996. Jackson’s lawyers stop the questioning about Chandler because it has nothing to do with the fucking case. Jackson is clearly outraged and irritated, and in disbelief at the man’s fucking audacity, as the lawyer questioning him asks him if he has been accused of sexually abusing Macaulay Culkin or Brett Barnes; both vehemently deny abuse to this day and testified on his behalf! They then begin to introduce the Neverland 5, which I have talked about extensively in the past. Every single one of these witnesses for the prosecution splattered under cross examination, some of them signed legal declarations and testified before the 2 grand juries stating nothing ever happened and they never saw anything, 3 who testified repeatedly changed their stories and were caught in a multitude of lies on the witness stand—not to mention, they all sold stories to tabloids.

And don’t worry, I’ll cook them each individually. But for now, back to Zonen.

Zonen makes a very bold claim that supposedly girls never stayed in Michael’s bedroom, peddling this long debunked media lie that he was obsessed with little boys, and he even claims he never had a wife stay over.

Firstly, let’s address the lie about only boys being in Jackson’s room. This was debunked when numerous defense witnesses who were female testified to having slept in Jackson’s room during the trial. Among them, notable ones are: Chantal Robson (Wade Robson’s sister), Joy Robson (Wade Robson’s mother), Simone Jackson, Brandi Jackson, Karlee Barnes (Brett Barnes’ sister), Marie Elizabeth (Brett Barnes’ mother). Hell, even June Chandler who testified for the prosecution stated she was allowed to go anywhere on the property at any time. Another notable girl that slept in Michael’s room is Allison V. Smith, who said this, pictured below along with an excerpt from Dr. William B. Van Valin, who spent nights with Michael as a friend. He was an adult.

I mean seriously, how ridiculous!

Now that that nonsense is debunked, let’s address the second part of Zonen’s claim, which is that Michael Jackson never had his wife at the ranch. While true that they didn’t often spend time at the ranch (because Michael was living at her place most of the time), they did spend nights there as Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter has stated, including never before seen photos taken there. And not only that, but Michael on audio tape and Lisa Marie in her memoir corroborate the fact they weren’t often at the ranch because he stayed with her.

Michael, Lisa and her daughter Riley were all taking pictures the same night at the ranch. Riley posted these photos a couple of years ago.

Is Zonen trying to allege that Lisa Marie and Michael were not a “real” couple, or not in love? If so, Lisa Marie states otherwise and so does her daughter, as well as all of Michael’s family. Lisa Marie wrote of him in her memoir in quite a romantic way, stating she was “never happier” in her entire life than when she was with him. Other people corroborate the legitimacy of their relationship, including house staff member Judy Brisse, who has spoken out against James Safechuck, a posthumous accuser:

Judy Brisse worked for Michael for years. In this video, she talks about making cots for Lisa’s two children while they were staying at the ranch, to which Michael helped her. She states Lisa and Michael were dating at the time.

Ron Zonen then goes on to talk about other boys allegedly abused by Jackson including Wade Robson, Brett Barnes, and Macaulay Culkin. All three of these men who were all adults at the time testified for Jackson. All denied abuse. Macaulay Culkin in particular was absolutely pissed throughout his testimony, stating the prosecution never even talked to him to ask if it was true.

And Ron Zonen did perhaps the most shameful thing I’ve ever seen a prosecutor do during his questioning of Wade and Macaulay. A fan who was in the court room at the time and watched the testimony live stated the entire court was aghast at his conduct, and stated “At one point the prosecutor (Zonen) was so frustrated at how well he (Wade) was doing for the defense, he leaned on the podium out of frustration and goes ‘You know, maybe he did things to you and you were asleep’. Everybody in the court room just gasped, thinking how can they be so desperate?”

Let’s move forward to another absurd segment.

This will all pertain to the 1108 witnesses.

Diane Dimond talks about Jason Francia whilst pretending to cry, whom I previously mentioned in the second part of this series of posts. I linked a past post which had documents attached within it of his police interview in 1993. I cannot post them here, as tumblr has a picture limit, but you will see these documents in that linked post. Jason Francia was the only child that alleged anything about Michael despite the prosecution interviewing anywhere from 40 to 100 children. He originally denied the allegation that Michael did anything wrong to him, and after being pressured for hours, he caved. I will re-link the post for your easy access where you can look at pieces of the transcript yourself.

Now, Blanca Francia, as previously mentioned, extorted Michael Jackson amidst the Chandler allegations, using Larry Feldman to do it, the same civil attorney that worked for the Chandler’s and that then represented the Arvizo’s. She was also friends with Victor Gutierrez, and there is even a photo of her with him in the book he was sued over. Victor befriended many of Michael’s employees and was involved in the Neverland 5’s lawsuit.

Blanca Francia was one of Michael’s former maids that he fired in 1991. In 1993, she then sold a story to Hard Copy (Diane Dimond’s tv show) where she claimed she saw Wade Robson in the shower with MJ. She sold this story for $20,000. However, in 1994, 2005, AND 2016 she states under oath 3 separate times across decades that it never fucking happened and she never saw that. Diane Dimond embellishes anything and everything to do with Blanca Francia, claiming she saw numerous boys in the shower even though Blanca never said that even in her tabloid lies. In 1994 alone, Blanca stated under oath she saw ONLY Jackson in the shower 6+ times.

And, Blanca Francia literally sold pictures of her own son to tabloids for profit. She was deadass pimping her kid for cash despite his protests. But apparently MJ is the bad guy here? Yeah, right.

Adrian McManus, another former fired maid, unsurprisingly made her tabloid rounds as well. Before she started cashing in on her tabloid CSA lies, she was selling tell-all kinky sex stories about Michael and Lisa Marie. Which is it? Is the man a homosexual child molester or is he straight? Pick a damn struggle, bitch.

Not only was McManus found to have committed perjury and acted with malice in court, but she was one of the employees countersued by Jackson for theft. She still owes over a million dollars to the estate, which she never paid Jackson back for while he was alive. She gloats now about not having to, because he’s dead. She fabricates the most insane stories, claiming there were secret CP VHS tapes which raids never produced, claiming there were vast amounts of Vaseline everywhere to use to rape boys (even though literally none of his accusers have ever said anything about Vaseline), she claims she saw boy’s underwear all over the place with no proof, and she signed a legal declaration and testified in 1993-1994 that she never saw anything happen.

And by the way, the items she stole? Memorabilia, clothing, hats, games etc meant for sick children. She claimed in the trial that she saw Michael abuse Jordan Chandler and Macaulay Culkin. Obviously, her credibility was destroyed with Mac’s testimony.

Ralph Chacon was a security guard who was also fired by Jackson for theft. He claimed he walked around the ranch and saw Michael giving Jordan oral. He conceded to perjury in 1996 by stating he saw and heard things he later said he did not. He was sanctioned by the judge, and ordered to pay Michael Jackson for theft and malice, just as McManus was. Perjury was proven in the Neverland 5’s depositions, in which they all attempted to conceal connections to Victor Gutierrez. Later on, they admitted that Victor instructed them sell stories and paid them a couple hundred each to do so.

Chacon, like McManus, had stolen memorabilia and letters and stored them in a brief case, intending to appear on Hard Copy to sell stories for a vast amount of money, and to write a book.

Phillippe LeMarque and his wife were cooks briefly at Neverland for approximately 10 months. They claimed they saw Michael abusing Macaulay and that they were so shocked they dropped the food they were serving. Clearly though, they weren’t shocked enough, considering they along with all the other prosecution witnesses never reported anything to the police. His credibility was destroyed as well when Mac showed up. He sold stories to tabloids like all the rest, including Kassim Abdool, for money. After they left employment with Jackson, they went into the Internet pornography business after declaring bankruptcy. Baby them bills were dueeeeee lmao

They then talk about June Chandler who testified for the prosecution. She lied like the rest of them, and her good for nothing rotten son refused to testify when hunted down by the prosecution. In Michael’s FBI files, it states that Jordan told them he would “legally fight” any attempt to make him testify against Jackson. June Chandler admitted in her testimony that she had not seen or spoken to her son in 11 years, because Jordan Chandler sought legal emancipation from his parents following the Chandler allegations, which was granted to him as a young teenager. She also stated under oath that she was allowed to go anywhere on Jackson’s property at any time, as previously mentioned.

Unmentioned in this doc is that the defense had prepared for over 500 witnesses. They had uncalled witnesses there to testify against Jordan Chandler had he shown up, because Jordan had privately admitted to them that Jackson never touched him.

An LAPD officer then states in this documentary that the supposed description Jordan Chandler gave to police was a match. This is not true, and we have numerous verifiable documents to prove it.

Here is a post I made where a guilter tried to confront me specifically about this subject. In my response, I give tons of documentation to prove them wrong which I cannot upload on this post due to Tumblr’s image limit. Even in 1994, police sources told the media that the description didn’t match reality.

Not only did an officer that interviewed Jordan say he told her Jackson was circumcised which Jackson’s official autopsy disproves (he was uncircumcised), but the Chandler families attorney Feldman moved to have these photographs barred from court. Furthermore, no arrest warrant was made following this strip search.

Again, this was a search warrant. Had the description matched reality, Jackson would not have only been arrested immediately, but 2 separate grand juries would have absolutely indicted him based on this alone.

Aside from this proof, the story of markings allegedly matching has never been substantiated. Everyone on planet earth knew Jackson had vitiligo by this point, so no matter what Jordan said, it can’t be believed beyond a reasonable doubt. If it didn’t match, they could have simply excused it as a result of his having vitiligo. The Chandler family themselves admitted to talking about this tactic with their attorney Feldman in Ray Chandler’s (Evan Chandler’s brother) book All That Glitters. They also admit to the fact that if Michael had just given them millions of dollars, they wouldn’t have accused him of anything in said book. And, they admit to the fact they did not want the potential criminal trial to go before their civil lawsuit. Because Jackson would have won a criminal trial in 1994, and he would have won his original countersuit of extortion he filed against them.

Another lie Ron Zonen perpetuates is that the settlement is $23 million. I swear, these morons can’t fucking read court documents. The settlement was $15 million and is unredacted in the settlement agreement, written within the confession of judgement. They make up random figures: 20 mill, 23 mill, hell I’ve even seen 30 mill! It was 15 million.

They also keep pushing this idea that the civil settlement stopped the criminal investigation and potential trial. This is not true. A civil settlement cannot stop a criminal investigation and cannot stop the government from charging someone with a crime. The trial never happened because the Chandler family stopped cooperating with the police, though they did for around half a year following the settlement. Even after Jordan refused to testify, Sneddon still brought 2 grand juries. They found no evidence to indict Jackson.

The Netflix documentary then switches to focus on Janet Arvizo, the mother of the 2005’s trial accuser.

FYI, Janet Arvizo got on the witness stand and said Michael Jackson was trying to abduct her kids via a hot air balloon to deport them to Brazil. You would have to be a complete and utter moron to believe her testimony. She and her children also alleged they were kept away from clocks, despite clocks being every goddamn place at the ranch, including a GIANT clock in front of the Neverland Train Station.

She claimed that she was held hostage by MJ yet CCTV footage showed her going shopping and to spas all on Michael’s credit cards she ran up. If this is a hostage situation, can I be next? Lol!

I’ve discussed the Arvizo allegations in depth, and will not repeat myself here. What I will say is this: the reason the conspiracy charge was made and the reason this outlandish story of being held hostage was created was because the police, during their raids, broke their search warrant and entered an office they didn’t have a warrant for. There, they found video footage of the Arvizo’s dated AFTER the original felony complaint. This is why the prosecution completely changed their timeline. The video, which is linked in my Arvizo thread, completely disproved their allegation of abuse.

So the prosecution ultimately showed up to trial with a timeline as follows. Michael Jackson has this kid around him for numerous years and only AFTER the entire goddamn world is watching him and he’s being actively investigated by two different police forces, the FBI, CPS etc for molestation does he then decide to actually molest the little fuck.

Again, you would have to be a complete and utter moron to believe this.

Ron Zonen lies once more (how many times now?) claiming Michael only befriended families and kids that didn’t have father figures. That isn’t true: the Barnes family, the Culkin family, the Cascio family, and many more.

The Arvizo’s falsely accused their father of CSA against the daughter. The daughter admitted to this on the witness stand in the trial. He was ostracized by them, and at the encouragement of Janet Arvizo, the mother, the children started essentially harassing Michael Jackson, calling him their “daddy”. Even Janet herself called him their “daddy”, all of which was an obvious attempt to emotionally manipulate him into staying in contact. In reality, Jackson did not actually spend much time around the Arvizo family. Gavin himself testified to this stating frustration at Michael having “abandoned” him. Michael Jackson did not trust this family, and wanted to distance himself as much as possible. They repeatedly tried to call him and send him letters, all of which was proven in court. And other celebrities, including George Lopez, testified to the Arvizo family trying to extort them prior to Jackson.

They go on to talk about Debbie Rowe. They claim she was totally anti-Jackson, but she was subpoenaed to testify for the prosecution, aka forced. Their dumbasses thought she was about to pull up to court to slander her man. They were out of their goddamn minds for calling his ex wife to testify for them. Hell, at that point they should have called Lisa Marie Presley too so she could give a global dick report on the man, considering she said he was the best she ever had 🤣😭

Debbie Rowe, you were a queen for swindling these racist white prosecutors and protecting your man. She is an icon and she is the moment 😂 I imagine it all went something like this:

Debbie: Michael is a psycho!

Zonen: woahhhh really??

Debbie: No, you stupid cunt

Debbie Rowe’s testimony was the most devastating to the prosecution. She served as an unexpected character witness for Jackson, she accused everyone of using and abusing him, etc. The prosecution attempted to impeach her, because she destroyed their case for the final time. Speaking of impeachment, the prosecution also impeached numerous other witnesses that were their own.

Impeachment means to discredit and tell the jury and judge not to believe a witness. They impeached their own fucking witnesses. That is how laughable this case was.

Toward the end of this shameful Netflix doc, they bring up those two fuckass photography books. I’ve made numerous posts about them, which I will link, as I will not repeat myself for a 3rd damn time. These books are not pornographic nor are they erotic, and the prosecution seized other photography books of girls that they intentionally ignored to argue that Jackson was “boy obsessed”.

Diane Dimond of course is on film toting around her own copies of these books, which she has had in her possession for over 15 fucking years. She acts like these books are child porn. So what, Diane? You have had CP in your house for over a decade? Get fucking real.

Diane Dimond ends the doc saying “not guilty doesn’t mean innocent”

Diane, you fucking witch. Innocence is PRESUMED! This is the foundation upon which America operates its judicial system. He was found not guilty 14 times in a row. The jury immediately following the verdict gave televised interviews stating there was no evidence they saw that could prove the prosecution’s case. Both the Chandler and Arvizo allegations (the only allegations that existed during his life) were tried SIMULTANEOUSLY!

Not Guilty, read it and fucking weep, bitch.

Take my advice Netflix, instead of trying to play your Double Jeopardy, and read these documents.

Wow, what a way to start things off with footage of the Neverland Ranch raid from 2003, which was an obvious PR stunt carried out by the prosecution, who aimed to make a media spectacle of it for the world to see. Mind you, they found absolutely nothing in said raid, or in any other raid carried out against Jackson from 1993 onward.

The first person they bring in is J. Randy Taraborrelli, a known liar and tabloid whore—and don’t any of you worry, there’s plenty more where that came from that I’ll cook as well in other posts.

Randy Taraborrelli has written two books about Michael Jackson over the decades, none of which Michael himself ever endorsed. And in these books, he embellishes many stories about Michael, and throughout the editions of these books, his stories continuously change. He claims to be close friends with Michael (and has for decades), and yet he only met Michael one time because Taraborrelli was head of a Diana Ross fan club and got the opportunity to meet and interview Michael when they were both teenagers. There is exactly one photograph of them together, from the 70’s, pictured below.

In Randy’s book Michael Jackson: The Magic, The Madness he tells a lie that Emmanuel Lewis’ mother did not want Michael to be around the child star and put an end to their friendship. In reality, this did not happen and Emmanuel Lewis himself has stated such. He also tells a tale of the 1993 strip search Jackson was forced to submit to by police, a specific version of a story told in Victor Gutierrez’s book Michael Jackson Was My Lover, a book that he was sued for (along with a slanderous interview in which he told Hard Copy he had a video of Michael Jackson sexually abusing his own child family member),which effectively bankrupted him. He also borrows heavily from Ray Chandler’s (Evan Chandler’s brother) book All That Glitters, which ALSO borrows from the above mentioned Gutierrez pedo fantasy novel. In fact, most of MJWML and ATG are nearly identical, aside from the alleged sexual acts. This is because Ray Chandler and the rest of the Chandler family worked with Gutierrez to create this CSA hoax in the first place. Remember, Gutierrez managed to somehow tell these stories first (in 1997), while Ray didn’t until 2004. That’s Gutierrez telling the exact same version of events from the Chandler camp 7 full years before they did themselves.

Now, let’s move on, seeing as I’ve already displayed all the ways in which Randy Taraborrelli is not a credible source for anything pertaining to MJ.

Martin Bashir is a highly unethical “journalist”, yet no outright mention of the criminal behavior he and BBC took part in regarding Princess Diana to be found in this hit piece!

Martin Bashir tells a lie claiming that Michael brought Gavin in to be a part of Bashir’s slanderous documentary LWMJ, yet in the 2005 criminal trial, Gavin Arvizo himself testified stating that Michael planned to have Dave Dave (David Rothenberg) in the documentary, and that Bashir then completely omitted Dave Dave from the documentary.

Dave Dave was a close friend of Michael and was an adult at the time, though he’d known Jackson from childhood. Bashir insisted on having Gavin in the movie instead, as Gavin was still a child.

Martin Bashir, in this netflix hit piece, goes on to tell a complete lie about Michael supposedly sleeping in bed with Gavin, and then playing a clip from his movie, despite this longsince being proven edited.

What was not originally aired, and what continues to be perpetuated by the media and these hit pieces is Michael supposedly saying he slept in a bed with Gavin. What he went on to say was “always give the beds to the company”.

Oh and by the way, Bashir told Gavin to put his head on Michael’s shoulder and instructed them to hold hands behind the camera. Because while Bashir was filming Michael, Michael had his team secretly film him without him knowing. This documentary was proven to be maliciously edited in court, Bashir took the stand and refused to answer questions saying he had protections as a journalist under shield law, and even Gavin said that the portrayal of Michael in Bashir’s film was not truthful.

Let’s move on to the next person interviewed: Diane Dimond.

Diane Dimond has had a 3+ decade career built upon slandering Michael Jackson. She has lied and claimed he possessed CP, she allowed tabloid liars onto her show Hard Copy (a 90’s tabloid TV show), most notable being Victor Gutierrez.

This is the interview Michael Jackson sued him for and won, being awarded 2.7 million dollars, which bankrupted that bitch. Victor then fled the country and was later convicted of the same shit in Chile. Michael sued Diane Dimond too, but she was let off the hook, claiming journalistic privilege. Same thing Bashir did. Noticing a pattern yet?

She smiles here with glee at seeing footage of Gavin with Michael, recalling the Chandler allegations. Why the apparent happiness if she believes it to be true? It is not shocking Dimond finds glee in guilting Michael Jackson; she clearly holds a deep contempt toward him. Look no further than how she speaks of him here in this video I posted.

Not only did Diane Dimond state of Victor Gutierrez (a self admitted pedophile and NAMBLA member) “I’ve never had a doubt about this person, ever!”, but she was in bed with the prosecution and DA Tom Sneddon during the trial and the media swarm leading up to it. They regularly leaked biased info to her which she reported.

Diane, in Netflix’s doc, lies and states that the 1994 Chandler civil settlement is what caused the Chandler allegations to never go to trial. However, what no one makes mentions of is that the Chandler allegations and evidence from 1993-1994 were tried alongside the Arvizo case in 2005’s criminal trial.

This was due to CA Evidence Code 1108, otherwise known as “prior bad acts” evidence, which allows a prosecution in the state of California to bring in evidence of an alleged similar sex crime against a defendant even if they were never previously charged, such as in Jackson’s case. This means that the Jury did in fact hear and see evidence of BOTH allegations, and still met a unanimous not guilty.

What she also fails to mention is this: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR A CIVIL SETTLEMENT TO PREVENT A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OR CRIMINAL TRIAL IN THE UNITED STATES!

Nothing can stop the government from charging someone with a crime. Jackson was forced into a settlement with the Chandler family due to his rights being violated by the judge, and being deposed for the civil trial while the criminal investigation was pending. Had he given deposition, it would have revealed his entire defense to a prosecutor actively hunting him down, which the DA could then take and use to tailor his criminal case against Jackson.

The criminal investigation continued for half a year following this civil settlement. The reason the Chandler’s never went to trial in 1994 was because they stopped cooperating with the police, and the accuser Jordan Chandler refused to testify. Despite his refusal, DA Sneddon brought 2 grand juries (one in LA and another in Santa Barbara) to review evidence for the case. They convened, reviewed the evidence and heard witness testimony from 400+ people, and then said they wouldn’t indict Jackson.

She goes on later in this doc to tell a tale of complete fabrication with ZERO evidence to substantiate it, a story she made up and put in her book where she tells plenty of other lies. She claims Michael was “entertaining a group of teenage boys who all spoke German”, where they were all, Michael included, heavily drinking liquor and smoking cigars. Yeah, likely story there, Dimond.

Honestly, I would need an entire thread to go through Diane alone, but let’s move on to Vincent Amen.

Vincent Amen alleges that Michael Jackson gave Star Arvizo the nickname “blowhole”, showing off Polaroid photos that were evidence in the 2005 trial. But this is a lie—Star Arvizo testified and stated numerous times that HE chose that nickname for himself and stated he made it up himself.

Now, to address Vinnie’s lie about nudist magazines with kids being circled in a magazine for order:

There is ZERO evidence to prove Michael ever owned such a thing, let alone circled things like this. Vinnie even went to the prosecution and they deemed him inconsistent and non credible, refusing to call him as a witness. The prosecution, who called upon some of the least credible people I’ve ever seen in any court case, chose not to call this guy who claims he had proof that MJ was trying to get ahold of CP? Yeah, again like Dimond, likely fucking story bud.

Amen owns this magazine, and has for decades, sold stories about it for decades, but supposedly it’s MJ’s? What the hell, sure!

DA Tom Sneddon who was spearheading the prosecution never notated anything about Helios or any such related DVDs that Amen claims were circled throughout any court filing or within any search warrant and seizure from 2003-2005. And none of the items supposedly circled were ever found in Michael Jackson’s possession.

Michael did own nudist magazines from the 1930’s which were not pornographic, as confirmed in actual documentation. None of these materials had DNA evidence on them, either, as confirmed in forensic examiner testimony.

Michael owned thousands of books of all sorts of things, and collected all sorts of stuff. The man was borderline a hoarder. Said “nude children” were not the focus of these magazines. They were part of a nudist community. Any pornographic or erotic material found focused solely on adult women.

And I should also mention: Vinnie Amen’s wife, Rina Oh, was literally a pimp for Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein victim’s have accused her of this. 🤔🤔🤔 Me thinks this circled CP is his idkkkkkkk guys lol

Now, let’s talk about Dr. Stanley Katz

Dr. Katz came into contact with the Arvizo family through Larry Feldman. Larry Feldman was referred to the Arvizo family by their at the time attorney Dickerman, who admitted to referring them in his testimony. It was stated that Feldman was the “go-to” guy on anything Michael Jackson, which is quite peculiar, seeing as Feldman only ever worked on ONE case involving Michael Jackson: the Chandler allegation of 1993. Similarly, Dr. Katz admitted that Larry Feldman was plotting to file a civil lawsuit on behalf of the Arvizo family, which Dickerman corroborates in his testimony, stating he has a fee-sharing arrangement with Feldman.

Of course, DA Sneddon lied to the media and claimed the Arvizo’s didn’t want money, yet both attorneys they had stated otherwise and the psychologist they queried did as well.

After being referred to Larry Feldman, Feldman then referred the Arvizo family to Dr. Stanley Katz, a psychologist who specializes in the field of child sexual abuse. More importantly, this is the same exact psychologist that interviewed Jordan Chandler in 1993. Dr. Katz was formerly also involved in the highly controversial McMartin preschool trial. He was the Director of Training and Professional Education at the Children’s Institute International (CII). Kee McFarlane, who initially interviewed the McMartin children, worked under him. During his cross examination at Jackson’s 2005 trial, Dr. Katz testified that he did the assessments of the McMartin children. The CII’s role in the McMartin case has been widely criticized in professional circles. Their interviewing techniques are considered coercive and manipulative which may lead children to make false allegations of sexual abuse.

Dr. Stanley Katz, who operated his organization CII in the 1980’s, and one which resulted in HUNDREDS of falsely coerced child sex abuse allegations and mass hysteria, was the prosecution’s star witness.

Credibility? Nada 👎🏻

We’re making a big change to how account deletion works on Tumblr, and we’re really excited about it, because this is something that some of you have been requesting for… well… a literal decade.

Before today, when you deleted your Tumblr account, it was immediate and permanent. Occasionally, this resulted in Very Sad Times. Even though we’ve tried to make it super difficult to accidentally delete your account, this is something that still happens a lot. Like, a lot. There’s also plenty of folks who delete their account on purpose, but then regret it shortly afterward. Worst of all, if your account was hacked, and then deleted by the hacker, there was no way to get it back. 

All of these problems are *poof* no more. As of today, when you delete your account, we will keep your data for 30 days. Your account will remain recoverable during that time, and you can contact us within that 30 day window if you’d like us to restore your account.

Eventually, we hope to make this process a bit easier, and allow you to restore your account with a single click of a button. For right now, though, you’ll need to contact us via tumblr.com/support and choose the category “Account Access” > “I have deleted my account or blog by accident”. 

FAQs

How do I delete my account? Does that process look different now?

You can follow the steps here to delete your account on the web or through the mobile app, which works pretty much the same way as before. You’ll notice we’ve updated the confirmation screen to reflect the new process, though.

Does a deleted account still appear on Tumblr during this 30 day window?

Nope. As soon as you submit the request to delete your account, all of your blogs will no longer be accessible (they’ll 404), no one will be able to message you, your posts will no longer appear in search results, and you won’t be able to log in anymore. This happens right away, not 30 days later. Deleted accounts still behave exactly as they always have.

What about my email address and username? Will those become available again immediately after account deletion, like they did before?

Notably, no, they will not. In order to make it possible for the account to be restored during the 30 day window, the username and email address must remain associated with the account during that time. So they won’t be available to register again until 30 days after you’ve deleted your account.

If you’re deleting your account, and you already know that you’d like to use the same username or email address on a new account immediately afterward, we recommend that you change your username and email address before deleting the account. That way, they will become available right away, instead of being on hold for 30 days. 

What if I’ve accidentally deleted one of my sideblogs, but not my entire account?

If you delete a sideblog, it will be deleted right away, and cannot be restored. We can only restore an entire account (which will restore all of its blogs along with it). 

Is this feature retroactive? Can you restore the account I deleted two years ago?

As much as we would like this to be possible, the answer is no. We still haven’t perfected the art of time travel, so all accounts deleted before today are still deleted for good. This new change will only apply to accounts which are deleted after this announcement is posted.
