Uploaded these to Twitter and Instagram the other day but I completely forgot to put them on Tumblr. Critical Role had been a phenomenal positive impact on my life, so after escaping the confines of academia, Vax was the first big project I turned to. Liam, as well as the rest of the cast, created a character that carried me through difficult times. I’m planning on bringing this back to Anime Boston in oh my god it’s in two weeks what the heck, and I hope to run into as many Critters, old and new, as possible!!

I’m doing Critical Role hell this con, so keep an eye out for me as Vax on Thursday/Sunday and Jester on Saturday!! Friday is a weird situation so I will be ghosting as Mimkyuu (pretend.... i’m funny....) more likely than not. 

Unexpectedly, I’m missing Otakon for the second year in a row, and I’m going to be out of the country for NYCC, so this sounds like it’s it for new 2016 cons!

Some notes:

Juliet (Red Whirlwind) was finished but never worn out of sheer exhaustion, but it’s something I definitely hope to break out properly.

The Kotori cosplay worn was from the unidolized Marine set instead of constellation, but honestly this was a placeholder for any ol’ Kotori cosplay. This was also the only one that I did not make personally. 

Haruka was done as part of the Lolita group at Sakura Sunday

Unplanned cosplays I finished were Hakuryuu Ren, Atsushi Nakajima, and Gunilla (Magnus Chase).

That makes nine cosplays finished in the first half of the year, in addition to schoolwork! I do plan to finish a lot of these unfinished ones eventually, but since the rest of the cons I wanted to do this year are off the books, I’m going to do a hard restart here and get started on what I want to do in 2017.
